Lindsie Chrisley Returns To Instagram Six Days After ‘Spiritual Maintenance’
We learned less than a week ago that Lindsie Chrisley was taking a break from social media. The former reality TV star referred to it as a temporary “spiritual maintenance.” This decision to unplug came after returning from a trip to Philadelphia. A trip she went on without her son or husband. A trip that gave her a generous dose of mom guilt. But, a trip that she really needed. After all, everyone needs a break to get away. This is even true for mothers and wives.
Just six days into her break from Instagram Lindsie Chrisley has returned. So, maybe she didn’t need that much time to reboot after her trip.
Why did Lindsie Chrisley take a break from social media, anyway?
According to her Instagram post announcing the break, she really wanted to spend some time with her family that was “uninterrupted.” And, unplugging was the only way for her to really do that. Likewise, Lindsie Chrisley caught a bit of heat during her trip. She was slammed for wandering around an airport with no face mask on.
The Chrisley Knows Best alum insisted she wore a mask when required. And, she wore one around other people. She was just taking a break when she decided to take the picture. Some of her followers, however, didn’t think that was a good enough answer. So, perhaps, she just needed a break to wash some of the egg her followers had been throwing off her face.
Now, why has she returned to Instagram so soon?
Lindsie Chrisley took to Instagram after taking a six day break to discuss life changes. And, what a fitting topic after her followers hadn’t seen a post from her in nearly a week!
“Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes, but when you look back everything is different?” Lindsie pens at the beginning of her Instagram post. Then, she proceeds to ask if any of her followers ever feel the same way.
So many big life changes coming & it seems like it’s taken forever to get to here. I’m glad that amidst all of the ramblings in my life I have managed to win some great friends & I can’t wait to start my next chapter.”
Lindsie Chrisley also teased that she was working on a few different projects. Projects that would soon be relieved to her followers. And, she seemed pretty excited about them.
Her followers were here for such a moving post. So much so that they hardly noticed she broke her social media break after less than a week’s time.
