‘Bachelorette’ Ashley Hebert, JP Rosenbaum List House For Sale Following Divorce Announcement
Bachelor Nation was shocked this week when another split was announced. JP Rosenbaum and Ashley Hebert announced their divorce after being together eight years. Now that their separation is out in the open, the couple has listed their house for sale. Find out all the details below.

US Weekly shared details about Ashley and JP’s house they are selling. The couple’s home is located in Pinecrest, Florida. The 2,890 square foot single story house is being listed by Sotheby’s for $1,149,000. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, big living room, formal dining room plus a bonus room converted into a playroom. Their kitchen underwent renovation and opens up into the living area. Plus, outside they have a playground and gated pool.
The couple announced their shocking split last Wednesday. They each posted an Instagram message full of emotion. Even Reality Steve expressed shock by the news.
Ashley and JP both shared a photo of them slow dancing. Both sentiments were touching and heartbreaking.

Their split
JP wrote,
“I have written and rewritten this post dozens of times and each time I feel the same level of disbelief and extreme sadness. While I realize that this will come as a complete shock to everyone, I can assure you that this is something that has been developing in our relationship for quite a while. It is with a heavy heart that I share with you that after months of separation, Ashley and I have amicably decided to live our lives apart from one another.
Please please please know that there is no one to blame, that there’s no event that triggered this decision, that no one is the victim, and that we’ve done absolutely everything we possibly can to try to salvage this marriage. I think we’ve both come to realize that we are just two very different people, with very different personalities and perspectives, who just don’t see eye to eye on a lot life fundamentals, those which are the building blocks for a happy and healthy marriage.”
He went on to say their main priority is learning how to co-parent their two children. They want to create a stable environment for their babies.
Their time together
Ashley and JP met on The Bachelorette. During Season 7 they fell in love. They married in 2012. They even renewed their vows in 2018. Many fellow Bachelor alums expressed their thoughts and love to the couple.
Ashley and JP have asked for privacy as they try to move forward with their new lives.
