‘The Bachelorette’ Clare Crawley Talks About Mom’s Health Issues
Fans of Clare Crawley know how important her mom is to her. And, her mom has serious health issues that have forced her to be in an assisted living facility. Her mom was brought up in the premiere of The Bachelorette. So what is wrong with her mom?
Clare shares her mom’s health struggles
Heavy shared all about Clare’s mom and various things she talked about during Tuesday’s premiere. Since her mom is in the assisted living facility, Clare has been unable to visit her. She said, “I’m in my car about to head over to take my mom some treats right now, she lives in a care facility because of her Alzheimer’s and dementia.” She went on to say, “It’s really hard for me to not be able to see her, to not be able to hug her. It’s hard.”
She has also shared her mom’s diagnosis on Instagram and on podcasts. Clare shared her chosen family holds her up when she feels crushed.
During the premiere, Clare revealed that Blake Moynes reached out to her during quarantine. He broke the rules to check on her and make sure she was okay. It was during a time she admitted to struggling with her mom’s illness. She told him how much it meant to her that he willingly put his opportunity on the line to reach out to her. He was the only one who contacted her during quarantine.
She has also been open about her father and how he passed away from brain cancer. Clare revealed once previously he made a DVD for the man she chose to marry. One day she will share that with her future husband. Could it be front-runner Dale Moss?

The premiere
Clare’s Tuesday night premiere was unlike any other. They were in quarantine at a resort and all having to endure Covid testing. When she met the 31 men on her season she was so excited. One in particular, Dale Moss, had her swooning. After she met him she said she felt like she had just met her future husband.
In fact, Chris Harrison approached her and asked her if he heard her correctly. She said it was everything she always wanted to feel. Clare even asked if she actually talked because everything seemed to go dark around her.
She admitted to shaking and it was obvious she was completely smitten with Dale. Will he be the love of her life?
