The Masked Singer had its most shocking reveal of the season. On Wednesday night’s episode, the Giraffe went home. However, the elimination wasn’t a surprise as it was the weakest out of the group of contestants.

What was shocking was the reveal. Brian Austin Green was hiding under the Giraffe’s mask. None of the celebrity panelists guessed that it was him. Even the viewers at home couldn’t believe it was the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum. It was one of the hardest guesses of the season.

But, what does Brian want to do now that he went on The Masked Singer? Does he want to try The Bachelor next?

Brian Austin Green reveals if he would consider the dating show

Last year, the actor split from Megan Fox. The couple ended things after 10 years of marriage. Brian has been linked to bombshells like Courtney Stodden and Tina Louise. He admits that dating is difficult, especially amid the coronavirus pandemic. So, would he try another show like The Bachelor? It’s a popular reality show, much like The Masked Singer.

“No. That’s a horrible idea. I’m sorry,” Brian told E! News. “When you watch the show and the way people’s emotions are sort of toyed with for ratings and for that, that personally just bothers me.”

He’s not a fan of The Bachelor. Brian says that he finds dating stressful as it is. When he first dated 15 years ago, there was no dating apps and social media apps. Brian isn’t sure if he likes having access to so many people at once.

“You meet and have access to way more people – which I’m not sure how I feel about that…” Brian said. “…but the old fashioned way of meeting people through friends, especially right now during COVID, there’s not really anything you can do.”

The Hollywood star admits he doesn’t get out much these days. But, that’s common for most people. Brian is just like everyone else. Most of his trips take place at the grocery store.

“Like, I go to the grocery store and coffee shop,” he added. “I barely see friends, let alone, like, blind dates with friends!”

Why he’s relieved over The Masked Singer elimination

Brian is glad that his journey on the Fox show was cut short. During his interview, he admits that it came as a “relief.” Brian didn’t hate his journey on The Masked Singer. He just had a hard time keeping his secret.

“Now that I don’t have to keep this secret anymore…it’s a huge weight off my shoulders,” Brain revealed.

None of the judges was able to guess the Giraffe’s identity. Even some fans of the show couldn’t figure out the clue. Brain said that neither his parents nor his four children knew he was on the show.

“My mom texted me last night because my niece texted her and was like, ‘Oh, Uncle Brian was so good on the show!'” he recalled. “And my mom was like, ‘I have no idea what you’re talking about.'”

Brian admits that performing in the costume was difficult. He revealed there was “no air circulation” in the mask, which made him feel “restrictive.” He didn’t enjoy sweating in it every time he performed. But he’s grateful for the experience. Now, Brian can chalk it off his bucket list, which includes skydiving.

“I just have to do cage diving with great white sharks and I’m good,” Brian joked. As long as he doesn’t have to go on The Bachelor, he’s good.

The Masked Singer airs Wednesday nights at 9 p.m. ET on FOX.
