‘LPBW’ Stars Amy & Matt Roloff Keep The Peace By Keeping Their Distance
LPBW stars Amy and Matt Roloff repeatedly bring conflict and bickering to the TLC show. And, in the new season, the same old uncomfortable scenes arrive yet again. However, the season lags behind real-time events. Apparently, off-screen, things seem rather quiet between them. That probably takes the pressure off of the kids who have to live with the toxic drama.
LPBW – Zach talks about Amy and Matt Roloff and relative peace
Little People, Big World fans grew irritated with Amy this season. In fact, many of them suggested that she procrastinated in sorting out all her stuff in the big house. We reported that it almost seemed a deliberate act to irritate the rest of the family. Zach said that he thought it would be better once she moved away. After all, she and Matt divorced years ago. And, her new life with Chris Marek awaits her.
Actually, the LPBW kids found themselves caught up in a situation, not of their own making. So, Zach felt it would mean a healthier time with mom gone. And, many fans agree that Matt and Amy made their choices and paired up with other people. So, it’s time to settle down and just move on. Off-screen, it’s clear that the family now finds some peace. Zach talked to InTouch Weekly about it.
Keeping their distance means less clashing
Distance making the heart grow fonder might not be the actual reason Matt and Amy fight less these days. But, it certainly means the opportunity to clash doesn’t come around as often as in the past. Zach told the outlet, “I think they’re getting along fine.” Then, he noted that “they don’t see each other a lot.” Plus, they no longer really see each other at all, aside from attending “family events.” The Little People, Big World star said they’re actually “getting along.”
Fans know from Amy’s posts about the Roloff’s Pumpkin Season event, that she attends. She told her fans she’s available for photos and she wears a costume. Touching on that, Zach said that it all seems very “calm right now.” No doubt, things remain awkward between the LPBW couple, for years to come. It’s not that unusual when couples divorce, after all. But at least for now, it seems everyone relaxes a little bit.
Amy moved into town
For a long time now, Amy shared about her new home in town. She sounds proud of it and looks forward to a new life with Chris. But, her situation with Matt seemed a bit unusual. After all, most people who divorce move apart. But she remained on the farm and every single day she knew Caryn Chandler was around. With little space between the three adults, it looked like nobody could move on.
