Ali Landry Considering Joining ‘RHOBH’ But Doesn’t Know ‘If It’s For Me’

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills casting rumors roll on. This time, it’s Ali Landry who could join the popular reality television series.

The 47-year-old actor opened up about the possibility this week on Sirius XM’s Jeff Lewis Live, according to People.

Landry said she’s been in talks with the producers. However, she added, there’s absolutely nothing set in stone.

“I talked to them like three or four different times, the executive producers,” Landry said. “They said, of course, they would let [me] know.”

The RHOBH producers aren’t the only ones who still need to make a decision. Ali told Lewis she isn’t sure she even wants to do it. “In my heart, I honestly don’t know. I don’t know if it’s for me.”

She said she has two “very good friends” on the show. That would indeed be an incentive. She was referencing Kyle Richards and Garcelle Beauvais.

Garcelle and Kyle are currently in a bit of a feud. Ali made it clear their fight might be one of the reasons she doesn’t join RHOBH.

Ali Landry not looking to be in the middle of anything

Beauvais is one of the newest additions to the show. She’s gone on the record saying Richards was one of the least welcoming housewives when she joined. Richards also supposedly “glazed over” during multiple conversations between the two.

On the other hand, Kyle claims Garcelle didn’t pay up on a $5,000 donation she promised in a timely manner. Eventually, Richards did say her frenemy eventually paid.

Landry admitted the two aren’t likely to mend fences anytime soon.

“They genuinely do like each other, Kyle and Garcelle. I adore them both. I feel it’s a big misunderstanding, and we need to start from scratch,” Landry said of the fighting and drama between the two women.

A return of sorts

Talking again about joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Ali summed up her feelings with “we’ll see.” She added she’s “surrendering” to the whole thing and will go with the flow.

She has appeared before as a guest. In Season 10, she visited Garcelle’s new home. There wasn’t much drama when she made her appearance. Ali seems to understand things would almost certainly change if she became a regular cast member.

RHOBH seemingly has two slots to fill for the upcoming season. Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave and Denise Richards were both fired following Season 10. While producers haven’t said specifically why either were let go, there’s more of a mystery surrounding Teddi.

She has made it clear she wanted to return. Rumors popped up about why producers moved on without her but there haven’t been any confirmations. Last week, Andy Cohen claimed those rumors were false.

Denise said she’s looking forward to the break from reality television.
