Taking a page from Kelly Dodd’s book? The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Vicki Gunvalson’s fiance took a stand against mask advocates on social media. It all happened in the comments on Vicki’s latest Instagram post.

Fans Call Out Vicki Gunvalson and Party Guests For Not Wearing Masks

As fans know, Vicki Gunvalson recently purchased a vacation-slash-retirement home in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Over the weekend, she hosted a dinner party with family and friends. While everyone in the photo is wearing the same black hat. However, none of them are wearing masks.

And of course, Vicki’s Instagram followers had something to say about it. Whether masks are worn or not, someone always has an opinion about it in the comments.

While many fans simply asked, “Where are your masks?,” another fan wrote a longer question. The fan wanted Vicki to explain her COVID precautions because the RHOC alum travels a lot.

Vicki never replied to that particular comment, but her fiance, Steve Lodge, sure had something to say to everyone!

RHOC Star’s Fiance Claps Back, Tells Pro-Mask People to ‘Go Hide Under Your Bed’

Fed up with the mask questions, the former police officer went on a rant in the comments. He told “all you mask people” to “go hide under your beds.” He went on to say that it’s a personal decision whether to mask up or not.

Surprisingly, many fans agreed with Steve’s comment! A handful of fans disagreed. To that, Steve Lodge replied that they can “wear a mask 24/ but stop trying to control [the rest of] us.”

Fans may recall that both of Vicki Gunvalson’s children had COVID scares earlier this year. In fact, Vicki’s daughter, Briana Culberson, found out she was pregnant with her third child around the time of her coronavirus scare.

Additionally, back in June, Vicki mused over whether Steve’s “conservative views” had something to with her RHOC exit. Bravo only offered her a reduced role for Season 15 instead of a full-time gig as an orange-carrying Housewife.

Vicki swore at BravoCon in 2019 that she would never return to RHOC in a reduced role like she had during Season 14. She stayed true to her word.

Echoing Vicki’s Former Friend Kelly Dodd’s Controversial COVID Statements

Steve Lodge, and presumably Vicki, aren’t the only RHOC stars speaking out against masks. Vicki’s former co-star Kelly Dodd found herself in hot water last week. As Screenrant reports, she claimed the coronavirus pandemic is over.

Kelly Dodd also shared a video that questions the effectiveness of masks.

While Vicki left the Bravo show in January, Kelly Dodd will appear in the upcoming Season 15. Despite fans’ petitions for the network to #firekellydodd.

Season 15 of The Real Housewives of Orange County premieres October 14, only on Bravo. Follow us on social media for all the latest TV news.
