Savannah Chrisley Split Makes Fans Understanding Of Lindsie Eloping
Savannah Chrisley and Nic Kerdiles recently called it quits and Chrisley Knows Best fans have a newfound understanding of why Lindsie and Will Campbell eloped. Did Lindsie have to distance herself from her controlling father Todd to have a healthy relationship with Will? Did Todd Chrisley come between Savannah and Nic? Here’s what everyone is saying.
Lindsie Chrisley eloped with Will Campbell, her father was furious.
According to AmoMama, Lindsie Chrisley and Will Campbell married in January of 2012. And, they welcomed their son Jackson into the world later the same year.
Lindsie’s family was NOT happy with her decision to get eloped in 2012. Todd, in particular, was especially unhappy by the decision. Unfortunately for Lindsie Chrisley, a lot of fans of the reality TV show tend to take Todd’s side on issues such as this. So, they felt bad that he didn’t get to be a part of Lindsie’s wedding.
Four years after eloping, Lindsie and Will had some martial issues. Lindsie even announced she and Will were going to get divorced.
In January of 2018, fans learned Lindsie Chrisley and Will changed their mind. They decided to reconcile.
“Love is overcoming obstacles, facing challenges, fighting to be together, holding on & not letting go. It’s a short word… difficult to define & impossible to live without.” Lindsie explained on Instagram.

A year ago, fans of the Chrisley family also learned Lindsie suffered a miscarriage just a year after having Jackson. And, that certainly didn’t help the struggling marriage.
Now, fans are starting to question if Savannah Chrisley shouldn’t have been so quick to write her sister out of her life. Did Lindsie have the right idea with eloping?
Should Savannah Chrisley have eloped with Nic Kerdiles?
Chrisley Knows Best fans have seen plenty of video clips and scenes from episodes featuring Todd Chrisley being very involved in the relationship of Savannah and Nic Kerdiles. In fact, that is why some are insisting Todd was a factor in the breakup.
Some believe if Todd had backed off and let them be together without his input, they wouldn’t have broken up. These individuals believe Savannah wasn’t willing to choose Nic over her father. And, Nic didn’t like coming in second place. Moreover, he didn’t want to marry Savannah AND Todd.

Those with a newfound respect for Lindsie Chrisley’s decision to elope are hoping. They are hoping Savannah will take a page from her sister’s book. And, perhaps, her father won’t be so involved in her next relationship.
