Do Adam & Danielle Busby Report Creepy, Obsessive Instagram Fan Pages?
In a comment that appears to have been deleted, one OutDaughtered fan questioned if Adam and Danielle Busby report creepy and obsessive Instagram fan pages. And, it isn’t a horrible question. Ironically enough, the comment did get some clap back from some of the “creepy and obsessive” fan pages the individual was originally calling out. The pages insisted they were “FAN” pages. What are creepy and obsessive Instagram fan pages?
If you haven’t spent a lot of time browsing the comments on Adam and Danielle Busby’s Instagram posts, you should consider doing it. There are tons of people who comment on Adam and Danielle’s posts with Instagram handles that are a variation of someone’s name within the Busby family. And, one follower in particular, seemed to find these fan profiles to be creepy. Namely, they took issue with them using so many of the quints photos on their own profile.
If you want to see the fan profiles for yourself, you can also just search Instagram for account names with “Busby” in them. You’ll find tons of results this way. There are some fan pages that worship the family as a whole. But, there are also some fan pages that only worship a specific member of the family.
And, this OutDaughtered fan just finds it a little creepy for there to be a fan page obsessing over the Busby quints.
Can OutDaughtered fans report these fake profiles?
Unfortunately, there is a difference between profiles that can be reported and profiles that can’t. If the profile is clearly labeled as a fan page… It is not really doing anything wrong. If the profile, however, is suggesting it is a member of the Busby family. Fans could report it as a fake profile.
Things also get a little dicey when it comes to photo rights on social media platforms. The general rule of thumb that most people live by is don’t upload anything you don’t want to share to social media. Because it is very easy for someone to download and edit your photos and/or videos.
So, whether or not OutDaughtered fans can report the profiles really depends on if they are labeled as a fan page. The pages could also be reported if they are using professional copyrighted photos. For example, the photos on the Graeson Bee Boutique’s Instagram are professional photo shoot style photos. So, the profiles could run into some legal issues with using those specific photos. The same is true if they start pulling Busby photos and video clips that are owned by TLC.

For those in the reality TV life, privacy goes out the window. And, some OutDaughtered fans have expressed concerns in the past that cameras could be invasive for the quints. But, Adam and Danielle Busby have reassured fans. Reassured that they do what they can. What they can to make sure the cameras aren’t invasive and all-consuming.
