‘DDWTD’: Mom Karen Shares Sweet Birthday Message For Deon’s Birthday
DDWTD dad Deon had his birthday this week. So, Karen shared a very sweet message about her husband. Plus, his response to her got many fans melting about their love and their family life. The TLC show, Doubling Down With the Derricos is new. But, already they gather plenty of adoring fans.

While fans see a loving couple and the cutest bunch of kids, Deon’s also very sweet with his fans. We reported that before Doubling Down with the Derricos premiered on TLC on August 11, he already got many fans. And, “judging by Deon’s Instagram, he’s likely to keep his many fans very happy.” Now, the family becomes more familiar to fans of TLC, even more people adore the couple.
As the first season of DDWTD goes along, fans see that Deon and Karen truly love their kids. Radar Online noted that the show brings more family fun alongside “OutDaughtered, Sweet Home Sextuplets, and more.” All of those shows seem popular, and fans quickly took the Derrico family to their hearts. Many of them just love the wholesome story of raising 14 kids in a stable and caring home. So, when Karen mentioned Deon’s birthday, lots of love went his way.

Taking to Instagram, Karen posted up four photos of Deon. Each one showed him with the kids or with Karen. She captioned it with, “So, I couldn’t find ONE pic of just him!! Smh!!!” Then, she added, “Anyway….. I would like to wish a huge HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the best husband in the world!! @deonderrico You deserve a full day of relaxation! May God continue to bless you in health, and prosper you with wealth!!!! I love you more than you’ll ever know!!!”
The DDWTD dad Deon responded. He commented, “Thank you Mrs. DERRICO if you never do anything, if you never buy me a gift! If you never take my out for dinner on my birthday! You’ve blessed me with 15 gifts. that means more than anything our 15 babies.
It’s not clear, but they have 14 surviving kids. So, maybe he referred to the 15th who passed away. Heavy reminds readers that “the Derricos often refer to Diez and Dior as “triplins” because they were triplets, but their brother, Carter, died a few hours after being born.”
