Judge Granted Cassie Randolph Restraining Order Against Colton Underwood
It looks like Cassie Randolph’s request for a restraining order against Colton Underwood has been granted. A judge granted the order against the former Bachelor after Cassie filed initial paperwork on Friday. Along with the order being approved, some of the details about harassing texts he was sending her are being shared.
Cassie gets request approved by judge
US Weekly shared the news that Cassie’s request has been signed off on by a judge. The court documents require Colton stay at least 100 yards away from Cassie at all times. He is to remain this distance from everything associated with her to include her apartment, work and car. For now, the order will expire October 6. Cassie and Colton are expected to appear before a judge on that date.
Her original complaints against Colton include him sending harassing text messages, stalking her and even planting a tracking device on her car. And if that all isn’t bad enough, the documents say Colton was seen numerous times outside of her parents Huntington Beach home since their split. And, her brother actually caught him in the alley way by her window at two in the morning. Colton also allegedly watches Cassie’s Los Angeles apartment.
According to the report, the court documents share text messages between Cassie and Colton. One message involves Colton telling Cassie she is selfish, shady and not ready to be loved. He allegedly apologized later saying he was lost.
The other messages
The text messages continued. One said, It’s crazy to think we used to be in a position of love. I ask myself all the time how someone who I loved and loved me could do the things they do and say the things they do.” Colton also reportedly tried to keep tabs on Cassie by contacting many of her close friends.
In July he sent another message that said, “I have a million questions and all of them I don’t know if I want the answers to. My heart hurts a lot right now and I miss my best friend, my lover and the one person I never expected to lose. I’ve grown so much with you so far and had a list of things I was looking forward to talking to you about over dinner tomorrow. Anyways, I only want the best for you and all of these feelings Are coming from a place of love.”
She did reply and told him she hoped one day they could be cool with one another. Cassie also told him she will always really care about him.

Cassie wants Colton to get help
People shared details about how Cassie is feeling about Colton. A source shared with them that Cassie really wants Colton to seek help. His behavior prompted her to seek legal help when she grew scared. She was scared of how he has been acting and part of the order request said that Colton “has admitted to a few mutual friends and coworkers that he placed the tracker on [her] car and used the alias phone numbers to send the anonymous text messages to [Randolph], himself, and others.”
Colton had reportedly left town for awhile. However, Cassie learned of him returning and became even more scared. She just wants him to seek help.
The two became a couple when Colton was The Bachelor. They split in May of this year. Their split started out cordial, but quickly took a turn. They got to a point where they both even unfollowed each other on Instagram.
