‘LPBW’: Will The New Season Finally Put The Lid On Amy & Matt Roloff Bickering?
LPBW returns in late September, and teasers started dropping last week. The TLC show’s been around since forever. And, Matt and Amy Roloff bickered their way through much of it. Now, news comes that fans see more of that in the upcoming season. Will this End of an Era season also see the end of that rather tiresome unhappiness?
LPBW – new teaser reveals Matt and Amy still bicker over the farm division
Little People, Big World looks like an emotional season. We reported that Tori really stresses over baby Lilah. In fact, she’s so worried about her health that she breaks down crying. And, Amy comforts her very sweetly as they talk about going to the ER. We also talked about how Amy symbolically switched off the lights and closed the door as she moved out of her home on the farm.
Another LPBW scene revealed something that fans really hoped for at the end of the last season. Zach talks to his parents about moving into the big house and running the farm. Recall, at one stage, fans feared that Matt would sell the farm and then the next generation would move on as well. But now, People revealed a new teaser for the show that shows Matt and Amy bickering…again. Once again, it all about the division of the farm.

Matt and Amy filed for divorce over five years ago
It’s been more than five years since the Little People, Big World couple filed for divorce. Of course, thing soured before that with Amy accusing Matt of cheating on her with Caryn Chander. Since then, Amy wrote a book about it. Fans get it. Things are not well between Matt and Amy. Amy moved on with Chris Marek. And, Matt and Caryn live together. In fact, Amy marries next year, and Matt and Caryn think about marrying. But once again, fans will see that tension between the two main characters.
Like the last two seasons of LPBW, tempers flare again over the farm. The property division bickering picks up again. Fans finally heard, a while back that Amy still co-owns the property with Matt. At one stage, Amy gets a bit aggressive with Matt, saying, “We both own the property, we’re both invested in it.” So, Matt points out that she’s way too defensive. So, Amy comes back and pokes at him with, “I wish you wouldn’t be so pushy.” With that said, Amy walks away, leaving Matt looking unhappy.
Tension done to death on Little People, Big World?
So, it looks like more of the same old bickering and tension between the LPBW couple. Divorce hurts. But, love heals. Fortunately, both of these people found a new love. And, neither of them are 14-year-olds. Next year, Amy gets married, so hopefully, this is the last time that fans need to watch them bickering. After all, it feels like an eternity and does nothing for the good feelies the original show brought to TLC.
