Rachel Lindsay has high hopes for Clare Crawley and Tayshia Adams. She feels that both ladies will get their own love story. This comes amid the rumors that Tayshia is to replace Clare on the new season of The Bachelorette. But, fans still aren’t sure how that’s going to work.

ABC is still featuring Clare in the upcoming season. The network promises that a love story will happen. As of right now, it’s unclear who will get one. Many fans are hoping there will be a happy ending for both Clare Crawley and Tayshia Adams.

In a new interview, Rachel Lindsay revealed why.

The former Bachelorette wants to see a love story for both women

Could this be ABC’s answer to MTV’s Double Shot at Love? Rachel Lindsay spoke to Us Weekly on her thoughts on Season 16 of The Bachelorette. The law attorney says she’s hopeful for both Clare Crawley and Tayshia Adams. She has a strong inkling that this season will be filled with love.

During the interview, Rachel explained why she’s happy for Clare. She thinks that Clare will find love. Whether it’s inside or outside the Bachelorette, it’s unclear. According to reports, Tayshia will replace Clare as the lead because the hairstylist left for one of her contestants.

“I am excited to see Clare,” Rachel said. “Clare is like no-nonsense, tell it like it is, which is why — if the rumors are true — I’m not surprised … She’s probably like, ‘It’s Palm Springs. It’s hot. I know what I want. I’m not playing this game. We’re not even going to freaking Paris or Italy. I’m taking my man and I’m out.'”

At the same time, Rachel is also “thrilled” for Tayshia. The activist has a feeling that Bachelor Nation will “go crazy” for the former phlebotomist. Rachel told Us Weekly that she’s confident that Tayshia will also find a love that goes long beyond The Bachelorette bubble. She feels that Tayshia’s experience will be the perfect fit for the reality dating show.

“The beauty of Tayshia [is] Tayshia has been married before,” Rachel explained. “So Tayshia, like Clare, is not here to play any games. I think that she is going to take this so seriously. And so, if she does find her person at the end of this season, it will be the real deal. It doesn’t matter if they might have been there for someone else.”

The couple knows what it takes to fall in love. During their joint interview, Bryan revealed that “All it takes is a connection.” Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo engaged during the Season 13 finale of The Bachelorette. They miss the traditional Bachelor endings and would love for more contestants to have their “happy ending.” However, they understand why the leads doing things differently.

“I want to see it work out,” Rachel continued, “I want to see them thrive outside of the bubble because otherwise, we might as well be watching another dating show. I think that’s what makes The Bachelor so special is the ending, is that story.”

Bryan agreed, adding, “Yeah, and just like the relationships developing throughout with multiple people and, like, who’s gonna win the heart at the end of the day?”

Rachel and Bryan wed in August 2019. They just celebrated their first anniversary with a safe trip to Aruba.

The Bachelorette returns on Tuesday, October 13, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
