Adam and Danielle Busby have been catching a lot of heat for dressing the quints in the same outfits nearly all week for their first week of kindergarten. On one OutDaughtered Facebook fan page, some fans asked when Danielle and Adam would start treating the quints like individuals. Another noted they had a set of multiples and their children hated being dressed alike.
Now, the Busby parents did have many fans come to their defense in this type of chatter. Some noted maybe the girls enjoy dressing in the same outfits. After all, Adam and Danielle Busby did make it clear they give the quints the freedom to make choices in other areas of their lives. For example, Adam has confirmed on multiple occasions the quints have the freedom to decide if they want to be in front of a camera. And, it is alright if they decide they do not want to be in front of one. So, perhaps the quints just enjoy dressing in matching outfits?
Perhaps Danielle Busby caught wind of the backlash?
Now, Danielle Busby doesn’t interact with fans on social media nearly as often as Adam. In fact, it is pretty rare that we see her respond to any comments on her own Instagram profile. So, being in a situation where Danielle Busby has taken the time to respond to trolls and critics is a rare treat.
It was on Thursday night that Danielle took to her Instagram Stories to talk about the first week of school being nearly over. She then shifted to explaining the girls had wild and unique outfits picked out for Friday. Danielle Busby noted that every day of the week she has picked a few cute outfits from their closets and allowed the girls to choose. And the girls? Well, they’ve decided to dress in matching outfits every day of the week.

Danielle Busby noted it isn’t always the adults decision to dress the quints in matching outfits. Her girls enjoy matching. And, there is nothing wrong with that. But, the conversation mostly shut down the accusations that her and her husband were forcing the girls to dress in matching outfits.
Danielle Busby concluded the video by showing off each of the outfits the quints picked out. And, how excited she was to take the picture of their wild outfits tomorrow.
So, does it surprise you to know the girls enjoy dressing in matching outfits? Share your thoughts with us in the comments down below.
