Todd Chrisley Dishes On Savannah & Nic Engagement Rumors
Todd Chrisley shut down the Savannah Chrisley and Nic Kerdiles split rumors before. Fans wondered if the couple ended their relationship. They put their marriage plans on hold, not once, but twice. Savannah revealed that she and Nic are going back to dating again.
But, fans weren’t convinced. They noticed that Savannah hasn’t posted about her boyfriend for some time. Todd made everyone know that they’re still very much together. He had a boys’ outing with Nic and his son, Chase Chrisley.
Now, he’s revealing the current status of the couple’s relationship. He denied that they called off their engagement.
Todd Chrisley claims his daughter “paused” her engagement plans
The Chrisley Knows Best patriarch sat down for an exclusive interview with Life & Style magazine. He revealed that he supports Savannah Chrisley and Nic Kerdiles’ decision to press “the pause button” on their engagement. He denies the claims that the couple called off their engagement entirely. Todd also backed up Savannah’s claims that they’re back to dating again.
“It wasn’t Savannah calling off the engagement, it wasn’t Nic calling it off,” the 51-year-old told the outlet on Wednesday, August 19. “It was a decision that they made and they came to me directly and said, ‘Daddy stop the planning of this wedding right now. We’ve got some things we’ve got to work out and we’re committed to working those things out, but right now we need to stop the engagement, go back to dating and figure out what is best for us.”

Savannah and Nic started dating in November 2017. Then, the hockey professional player popped the question in April 2019. The couple planned a May 2020 wedding. However, they put those plans on hold. Since putting their wedding plans on hold, Todd says the couple has been keeping themselves busy.
Nic is a successful real estate agent. He transitioned into his new career after leaving hockey behind. Todd revealed that he has a work ethic that “would make any father proud.” As for Savannah, she has a new cosmetics line in the works. But, it’s been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
He’s proud of the young couple
The producer of Demarcus Family Rules had nothing but good things to say about Savannah and Nic. Todd Chrisley is happy with how far they come. He told the magazine that the couple is “doing well” despite the split rumors.
As for the reason why Savannah doesn’t post about Nic is that the couple also decided “to keep their relationship out of the public eye.” Savannah and Nic have made the conscious effort not to post about each other on social media. They don’t want to give “that kind of access to their personal lives.” Todd is super supportive of their decision.

All that matters to him is that Savannah and Nic are “two young, good looking, beautiful people on the inside and outside.” He claims that the pair is actively working on their relationship so they can make a life-long commitment they can stick with.
