Kris Jenner Sells Home For $15 Million
Kris Jenner sold her Hidden Hills home. However, the buyer may sound a bit familiar.
Kris makes a profit
Kris just sold her home in Hidden Hills for $15 million. Turns out she bought it for $9.9 just back in 2017 according to TMZ. That means she made a pretty big profit. Not only that though, but she sold it to someone that owns a big chunk of Kylie Cosmetics.
The house was bought by Katharina Harf. Katharina is the heiress of the Coty Inc. fortune. Coty Inc. is the company that bought part of Kylie Cosmetics for $600 million. This is actually the purchase that put Kylie in the bracket to be a Billionaire. It seems right that the house would stay in the family.
It sounds like the pad was pretty nice. According to TMZ it included 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. The square footage lands right at 9,400. Definitely not a humble home!
Lucky for Katharina, the home is right next to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. In addition to being Kim and Kanye’s neighbor, Katharina will enjoy a 10 person spa and a zero-edge pool. Doesn’t seem like it will be too bad of a setup. Not to mention, Kris is such a neat freak, her house is probably in great shape.

Kris Jenner isn’t the only one selling her home
Kris Jenner isn’t the only member of the Kardashian clan selling her home. Tristan Thompson also just sold his home in LA.
Tristan’s house was built just two years ago. It was just $8.5 million dollars and had seven bedrooms.
There’s not telling why either member of the Kardashian crew would sell their houses. Although for Tristan, there have been rumors that he and Khloe Kardashian are looking for a house together after rekindling their once-broken relationship. Apparently they are trying the relationship out again and so far it’s going well.
As for Kris Jenner, well, she has a few other houses she can stay in before she gets a new one. Apparently the Momager has another home in Hidden Hills as well as a house in Palm Springs. She has a few options so she should be all set.
