Below Deck Med star Jessica More felt uncomfortable on board of The Wellington. Her job made her question her skills. She appeared on the Friday, July 30 episode of the Radio Check with Colin Macy-O’Toole podcast. During the interview, Jessica talked about the disastrous Vegas dinner.

She revealed that she’s “Team Kiko.” She thinks that he wasn’t prepared to become a superyacht chef. But that doesn’t mean she doesn’t support him. Jessica also called the chef “my [most favorite] human ever.”

The third stew also had plenty of things to say about her own work performance. There were times when she felt as if she was “walking on eggshells.”

Jessica More had a difficult time with her job on the boat. There were times when she questioned her own abilities. Below Deck Med fans criticized Captain Sandy Yawn for acting like a micromanager. It’s hard to escape her since she’s in every scene. Sandy was even hard on chef Kiko. Jessica admitted that Sandy’s micromanaging skills weren’t helpful to Kiko.

“I think like with Captain Sandy I just think that dynamic wasn’t really helpful for him and I think it just started to wear on him,” she said. “I personally, which isn’t shown, I was getting worn down.”

Sandy’s micromanaging was negatively impacting the boat. On Monday night’s upcoming episode of Below Deck Mediterranean, viewers will see chief stew Hannah Ferrier having another panic attack. It’s no secret that she often feels under pressure when working with Sandy. The two’s relationship is strained and it’s obvious this season.

The latest charter season has everyone stressed out. Everyone’s running around and trying to do their best as Sandy watches them. Jessica also felt the pressure. At that moment, she could relate to Kiko. The model found herself feeling emotionally, mentally, and physically tired because of it.

“That’s why I was really testy in this last episode or two,” she explained. “Because I was getting worn down. I felt like him and I, it was a lot of pressure and a lot of coming down on everything. And walking on eggshells and feeling like nothing was ever good enough.”

She also got fired for a uniform mix-up in the laundry room. Sandy told Hannah that Jessica needs to get it right or she’ll find a new third stew.

The upcoming episode of Below Deck Med shows Hannah Ferrier having a panic attack. Apparently, the pressure onboard has been too much for her as well.

In another scene, Hannah sits in her bunk, looking like she’s under immense pressure. One of the crew members check in on her and exclaim she’s having a panic attack. Hannah previously suffered a panic attack during Season 3 of Below Deck Mediterranean after realizing her feelings for bosun Conrad Empson.

But as TV Shows Ace previously reported, Hannah doesn’t want the drama to get to her now that she’s pregnant with her first child.

Below Deck Med airs Monday nights at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
