‘BIP’ Alum Demi Burnett Says She Once Tried To Make Out With Pal Nick Viall
Rumors have been flying for months that Bachelor In Paradise alum Demi Burnett and Nick Viall are dating. They have both denied hooking up and say they are nothing more than friends. However, there is apparently a little more to the story that fans are now getting to hear about.
Demi admits to trying to make out with Nick
So, while they are not dating, Demi is now saying that at one point they did almost make out. Demi appeared on the Chicks in the Office podcast where she admitted the time they almost gave in to the rumors. According to Demi, she did try to get Nick to make out with her. And, he wouldn’t do it.
Demi said, “My 17-year-old self was living for it. It doesn’t bother me because I know it’s not true and we never had anything like that. So, it’s just kind of funny to me now. It’s like, ya’ll are still wondering if we’re dating or not. Like, we’re absolutely not.”
However, Demi went on to say, “I tried to make out with him one time. I was like, ‘Let’s make out.’ And he was like, ‘No.’ And I was like, ‘Why?’ He was like, ‘I don’t want to ruin our friendship.’ And I was like, ‘It won’t! Come on!’ And then looking back on it, I’m like, yeah thank God we never did.”
So, while many fans hoped these two would date, it’s not going to happen.

She’s just getting out of a relationship
Demi made headlines when she started dating Slater Davis. The two hooked up just prior to the Covid quarantine. So, they actually spent tons of time together and quarantined with his family. She admits they argued a lot, but that is to be expected when you spend so much time with someone.
Eventually, Demi and Slater broke up. The break-up has been hard on her. And, although they have decided to end their relationship romantically, Demi and Slater are becoming good friends. They are in a much better place now.
And, Demi isn’t the only one who has been the subject of recent rumors. It is being said that Clare Crawley is not going to continue filming The Bachelorette. It is rumored that Tayshia Adams is replacing her. Demi and Tayshia are good friends. She says she doesn’t know what is going on or if the rumors are true. However, she did admit she tried to text Tayshia and it appeared as if her phone was off.
