The stars of Selling Sunset are responding to MDLLA Tracy Tutor’s comments about their real estate credentials. This comes three weeks after Tracy and her co-stars of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles slammed the show. The cast appeared on Watch What Happens Live. Tracy and her co-stars made headlines when they questioned the Netflix real estate series.

Tracy and her co-stars claimed the show was more about dating than real estate. They also felt that it was lacking in real estate credentials. Tracy feels that Selling Sunset heavily relies on drama rather than actual sales. But she has nothing but respect for the women in real estate. See what some of the stars of Selling Sunset have to say about Tracy’s comments.

Selling Sunset responds to MDLLA star’s comments

Maya Vander and Davina Potratz responded to Tracy Tutor’s comments. The two women are longtime agents at the Oppenheim Group. They both star on Selling Sunset alongside Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn, and Heather Rae Young. The ladies told People that they have nothing against Tracy. But they want to make it clear that they’re serious about their real estate careers.

“I welcome anyone to do research on me. I think you’ll find out very quickly I’m quite serious about real estate,” Davina said. The agent has worked in the industry for 12 years.

“I’ve sold Ritz Carlton residences in downtown L.A., The W Hollywood, and plenty of projects in Beverly Hills…. I know a lot of agents,” she continued. “I haven’t seen Tracy on any of my projects, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t do a lot of transactions, you know? There are a lot of agents, and there’s a lot of real estate to go around for everyone.”

Davina explained that most of their real estate deals take several months to go through. Viewers often don’t get to see the finalized results on the show. The cast of Selling Sunset often films for 3 to 4 months and not every transaction goes through during that time.

Some of Davina’s transactions have taken up to a year to close. But she feels the success of their show is “the lifestyle, the luxury and the crazy dynamic between the characters.” They don’t just want to focus on real estate.

MDLLA’s Tracy Tutor doesn’t take back her comments

The star of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles doesn’t regret what she said about the cast of Selling Sunset. She wishes them nothing but the best. But she still stands by what she said about them.

“I don’t take back anything ever, but I will say now – and I’ll say it over and over again – Oppenheim Group is a very successful team, and the girls, I wish them all the success in the world,” she said in an interview with People.
