‘Shameless’ Hits Netflix Top Ten Days After Drop, Any Season 11 Updates?
Shameless Season 10 just landed in the Netflix streaming library a few days ago. And, the Showtime TV series has already secured a place in the top ten titles currently on the streaming service.

The Showtime TV series just released Season 10 over the weekend and fans made their love of the show clear. In fan groups across social media, many revealed they stayed up all night to binge through the series just after midnight when it landed into the streaming service. Even those who watched Season 10 when it aired on TV tuned in to binge through Season 10 once more to show their support for the series.
Season 10 of Shameless was a pretty emotional one for a lot of reasons. After a few Seasons without them, this was the season fans finally got Mickey and Ian (Gallavich) back. This was also the first season without Emmy Rossum as Fiona Gallagher.

Liam Gallagher’s character has also developed into having a bigger role with a lot more speaking in the last two seasons.
Debbie Gallagher is currently trying to figure out her sexual orientation. And, things get weird when she starts dating more than one person in the same family. (Yes, you read that correctly).
Kevin is having a bit of an identity crisis. Carl is trying to figure out what he wants to do with his life. And, let’s not forget Lip and Tami finally bringing that beautiful baby into the world!
The Kissing Booth 2 currently holds the #1 slot.
The Kissing Booth 2 dropped into Netflix a few days before Shameless Season 10 did. This was a highly anticipated drop that subscribers have been waiting two years for. So, it isn’t too surprising that the movie quickly locked in the number one slot.
Will Shameless be able to knock The Kissing Booth 2 out of the number one slot before the excitement about it hitting the library wears off? Only time will tell! Given Netflix has also already confirmed renewing The Kissing Booth 3, we suspect it will hold onto the slot for a while.

Moreover, it is worth mentioning The Kissing Booth is also in the top ten in slot number 7. Chances are pretty good a lot of people re-watched the first Kissing Booth because the second one dropped.
So, do we know anything about Shameless Season 11?
Shameless Season 11 is the final season of the Showtime hit series. And, this is devastating news to both the cast and the fans. But, the series has had a really great run. Still, we can’t help but wonder what is going on with Season 11. They were supposed to start production months ago. but, the virus put everything on hold. Now, it is extremely likely we won’t see Season 11 hit TV till sometime next year.

Unfortunately, this means it will be the end of 2021 or the beginning of 2022 before we see Shameless Season 11 on Netflix. So, fans are going to continue to wait a while longer! The only upside is they can binge through Seasons 1 through Seasons 10 on Netflix!
Based on social media activity, it does not appear as if they’ve started production for Season 11 just yet.
