‘Bachelorette’ Alum Ben Zorn Announces Fiance Is Pregnant Following Wedding Postponement
Bachelorette alum Ben Zorn has some big news for his followers. He and fiance Stacy Santilena are expecting their first child together. The announcement came on what would have been their wedding day. They decided to postpone their wedding due to the ongoing pandemic in the world.
Ben and Stacy announce their big news
Ben went to Instagram to share the news that he and Stacy will be welcoming their first baby. The photo he shared is adorable. The picture shows Ben and Stacy kissing while his hand rests on her stomach. She is holding one of their dogs with a sign around its neck saying, “promoted to big sister!” Their other dog is sitting in front of them with a sign also that reads, “promoted to big brother!”
He started out sharing that this would have been their wedding day and they were still going to make it special. He went on to share when they decided to postpone their wedding they started talking about the future. Ben knew he wanted to be a dad. So, they knew Stacy had a low chance of getting pregnant and even more so as time passed so they went for it.
Ben said, “Long story short… out of some miracle (or powerful swimmers 😉 we started trying and got pregnant on the first try! WE ARE EXPECTING!”
He went on saying, “I’m so excited to be having a baby with the love of my life and I know she’s going to be the best mom! Our fur babies are gonna be in for a rude awakening but I’m sure they will be great as well.”

Stacy also shared the news
Stacy also went to Instagram to share the adorable photo Ben did. She started out her post saying, “Happy (what would have been) wedding day! 👰🏻❤️ Of course there are mixed emotions and sadness of what today would have been….. But today we get to share even more exciting news with everyone!”
She continued, “We get to bring a little baby in to this world February 2021 and love on it for the rest of our lives! Something I never, ever thought was possible for me!”
Stacy went on to share how years ago doctors told her she could probably never get pregnant. When she met Ben and knew how badly he wanted to be a dad she went in for more testing.
She said, “I was then told I could have kids but my numbers showed extreme low ovarian function. I wrote off being a mom for years and the thought of what struggles lay ahead made be push the idea away even more.”
Stacy went on to say she tracked her cycles for about 5 months then they tried. They were pregnant on the first month of trying. She said, “I never thought being a mom was going to be apart of my story. I’ve been battling a lot of anxiety and fear recently. But there is no one I’d rather share this incredible journey with. The love and support has been overwhelming. And I can’t wait to have baby Z apart of our wedding next year!”
Ben and Stacy started dating in 2017. They got engaged in August 2019. Fans love following Ben and his journey. He has been a fan favorite and someone many had wanted to see as The Bachelor.
