Chrishell Stause Mourns The Loss Of Her Mother
Chrishell Stause took to Instagram on Saturday to reveal that her mother has passed away. This news comes after her mother’s cancer diagnosis earlier this year. The Selling Sunset star shared a series of photos from her mother’s life. Some of them are recent and feature Chrishell. She also included a few videos of her favorite moments with her mom. Along with the photos, she wrote a heartfelt caption about her mother’s passing. Chrishell opens up to her followers about how she’s feeling. She starts her post by saying, “In disbelief that you are gone.”
She writes, “Absolutely heartbreaking watching you take your last labored breath, but there is a peace knowing you two are together again, free from the pain that plagued your time here. A free spirit and rebel till the very end. My beautiful Mom, in your own words #F–kCancer.”
Then, she goes on to thank the hospice care center for all of their “kindness and care in this time.”

In response to the post, Chrishell is receiving lots of love from her nearly 700,000 Instagram followers. They are offering their condolences and offering to pray for Chrishell and her family during this sad time.
Chrishell Stause documents her mother’s cancer journey, talks about father
Chrishell’s mother had the same type of cancer that her father did. Chrishell’s father had lung cancer and passed away in 2019. She mentions this in her tribute to her mom, writing, “Feeling just about every emotion, but I find comfort knowing Dad is up there taking care of you and showing you the ropes like only he could.”
In February, Chrishell opened up about her mother’s cancer diagnosis. This was the first time she mentioned it publicly, and she revealed the news because of World Cancer Day. At the time, it was predicted that her mom would only live a couple of months.
After revealing her diagnosis, the Selling Sunset star often shared updates about her mother on social media. She documented parts of her mother’s cancer journey, keeping her fans in the loop. Chrishell even shared one of her own wigs with her mother.
Sadly, in addition to losing both of her parents, Chrishell is going through a divorce. She and This Is Us star Justin Hartley recently split. Amid the divorce, Chrishell is supposedly doing well though.
