Brandi Glanville Explains Absence from ‘RHOBH’ Reunion
When The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 10 reunion airs later this summer, a familiar face will be missing. Alum Brandi Glanville did not attend the reunion, despite her earlier guarantees that she would be there. What changed?
Former RHOBH’s Brandi Glanville Has Big Role in Season 10
Brandi may have left RHOBH after Season 5, but she often appears in a ‘friend of’ role. However, this season she alleges that she was more than just a friend to Denise Richards. In fact, Brandi swears that the former friends once had an affair. The details have yet to play out on the show. It seems things will start to become clear on the July 22 episode.

Since Brandi has a lot invested in Season 10, you’d think she would attend the virtual reunion. Instagram account the.rumour.mill reveals that in late June, Brandi was still planning to attend the reunion. However, the virtual reunion was earlier this week. Denise was there, but Brandi was a no-show.
She teased fans on Twitter that all would be explained on her July 17th podcast. After the podcast, she also posted a “link in bio” on her Instagram account. The link goes to her official statement at CelebTM.
Brandi Explains Why She Skipped the RHOBH Reunion
According to Brandi, the decision for her not to attend was one made between herself and RHOBH producers. In fact, she says they called her the very morning of the reunion.
Brandi and the producers were concerned that she would be the focus of the discussion. Since Brandi didn’t appear until episode 9, the other RHOBH stars have their own drama to hash out.
She explains,
“Had I been there, I would have been the Camille [Grammer] of the last reunion. I would come in at the end of the reunion and then I would end up being the focal point even though I wasn’t a full-time cast member.”
While this is disappointing to RHOBH fans, Brandi assures them they will hear her side. She tells CelebTM that she will be sitting down with Andy one-on-one to explain her side of the alleged affair. Brandi doesn’t reveal if Denise Richards will have her own separate interview.
During the Season 10 teaser, Denise is shown sitting in front of a green screen. A producer off-camera asks if she’s ready to talk. Perhaps Denise already gave her side of the story to the production team.
Even without Brandi, the reunion already sounds like a lot of drama. Teddi Mellencamp revealed that the taping took 13 HOURS to complete. RHOBH’s Lisa Rinna vented on Instagram Stories about the reunion being “bulls**t” due to “cease and desist” orders.
Many fans took that to be a reference to Denise. However, Dorit Kemsley and her husband, PK, have refused to discuss their financial issues on the show for years.
