‘Below Deck Med’ Star Hannah Ferrier Accused Of Drinking In Bare Bump Post
Below Deck Med star Hannah Ferrier showed off her bare baby bump in her latest Instagram post. The chief stew took to the kitchen to show off her kitchen skills. But she got more than she bargained for. Fans noticed that she was holding a wine glass in the photo.
Most Below Deck Med fans couldn’t help but ask if she was drinking. Last month, she announced that she’s pregnant with her first child with her long-term boyfriend Joshua. Ever since she popped up on Instagram to show off her ever-growing baby bump. But her latest post sparked concern. Read on to see what all the fuss is about.
Hannah Ferrier reveals her bare baby bump
Below Deck Med star Hannah Ferrier gave her followers a look at her ever-growing baby bump on Thursday, July 16. As per Us Weekly, she took to Instagram to post the following photo of herself wearing a black bra with white shorts. Hannah cooked up a storm in the kitchen. At the time, she was making something for her boyfriend. But that’s not the case these days, according to Hannah.
“Cookin’ my stew and cookin’ my bubs,” the 33-year-old captioned the photo. “PS This was a few months ago when I thought my bump was big and now my boyfriend has to put up with me grunting whenever I get up and down.”

Hannah stood in front of a heated stove as she stirred a pot. The Bravo personality also revealed her bare baby bump for the first time. However, Below Deck Med fans noticed something else. The wine glass she held in her hand. Most fans assumed that Hannah was drinking alcohol.
Below Deck Med star accused of drinking while pregnant
Hannah Ferrier received backlash for her post. Some Below Deck Med fans took to the post to question the glass that was in her hand. As per Us Weekly, Hannah held a glass of water in her hand. It also looks like she’s drinking a clear liquid adorned with fresh fruit.
However, most fans assumed that Hannah was drinking wine. Most of them took to Hannah’s post to call her out.
“I can’t help but notice your glass seems to have wine in it…but you’re pregnant,” one follower wrote.
“Hope your [sic] not drinking Hannah not good for the baby,” another follower wrote.
Meanwhile, other Below Deck Med fans quickly defended the reality star’s photo. Most of them claimed that it wasn’t anyone else’s business if she was drinking. Others even shared their experience with drinking an occasional glass of wine while pregnant. They argue that its common among pregnant women, especially in certain parts of Europe.
“The wine police,” one responded.
“And who cares? A glass of wine… big deal,” another fan added.
However, most could tell that Hannah had a glass of water in her hand. She confirmed that she stopped smoking and drinking. She told a fan that she doesn’t crave alcohol. Only when she’s cooking.
Hannah announced her pregnancy in June
The Below Deck Med star announced in June that she’s pregnant with her first child. Hannah Ferrier made the surprise reveal in a sweet Instagram post that read, “You are already my favorite adventure.” Following her reveal, she continued to show off her baby bump progress on the social media app.
Her pregnancy has changed her perspective on the drama on Season 5 of Below Deck Mediterranean. She revealed during a June “Reality Life with Kate Casey” podcast that she just doesn’t care anymore. Instead, of experiencing anxiety, Hannah would rather do what’s best for her baby.

“I think especially when you do have something like anxiety, I know that if I get stressed out or anxious, the baby’s gonna feel that as well,” Hannah explained. “You’ve just gotta go ‘Whatever happens, happens and whatever people think, they’ll think.’ I know what’s going on and what I’m doing.”
Hannah Ferrier doesn’t also seem to care about the backlash she’s received on her latest Instagram post either.
