Kourtney Kardashian has become her own personal chef. It makes sense since it wouldn’t make sense to invite someone into your home amid the coronavirus pandemic. So, Kourtney has been cooking a lot for herself lately.
It may also have something to do with her new diet. As TV Shows Ace previously reported, Kourtney started the keto diet after putting on quarantine weight. She’s been sharing some of her favorite keto treats and meals.
But that doesn’t mean her kids can’t enjoy sweet treats. For Penelope’s birthday, she cooked homemade pancakes and pasta.

Kourtney Kardashian will do anything to keep her kids happy. She celebrated her daughter Penelope’s birthday on Wednesday, July 8 in a big way. As per Us Weekly, it wasn’t a lavish event, but the 41-year-old still wanted to make it special. Kourtney’s only daughter celebrated with her close friends and family members.
She also received two special birthday meals. On Wednesday morning, Kourtney cooked up funfetti pancakes for her daughter. She topped them with rainbow sprinkles and whipped cream. By the time dinner rolled around, Penelope took part in a frog hunt while the adults cooked.
“Homemade pasta for my girl,” Kourtney captioned one of her photos on Instagram Stories. “Thanks to @tracyromulus and @kingandkaui.”
However, it’s unclear if she made the pasta all by herself or with the help of someone else. The dish sure looked fresh. Penelope was very happy with her birthday dinner since pasta is one of her favorite dishes.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star loves the low-carb, high-fat diet. On June 29, Kourtney Kardashian took to Instagram Stories to rave about it. In the photo, she shared a photo of a salad with avocado, cheese, and turkey, as per Us Weekly. The Poosh founder also celebrated her favorite smoothie that also contains avocado.
She drinks this smoothie every morning and never gets tired of it. While Kourtney touts the benefits of the diet, it does require some lifestyle adjustments. She loves the avocado smoothie, which is quick and easy to make. The recipe for Kourtney’s keto-friendly avocado friendly is available on Poosh. It’s also dairy-free and gluten-free.

Kourtney Kardashian is set to become the keto queen. Also on her lifestyle website, she published a list of her go-to snacks that go well with her diet.
“Though Kourt typically tries her best to avoid snacking while on the restrictive diet, this is what she eats when afternoon hunger hits,” the blog post stated.
Easy snacks like cheese and nuts are keto-approved. However, Kourtney avoids eating crackers, fruits, and jams since they contain carbs. The strict diet requires more fat and few carbs. It also forbids foods such as beans, grains, and juice. Some of Kourtney’s favorites include coconut butter cups, frozen blueberries, homemade coconut butter cups, no-bake granola, and walnuts with olive dip.

Kourtney Kardashian isn’t just a keto queen. She’s also the sushi queen. Late last month, the former reality star took to Instagram Stories to show off the copious amounts of that she prepared on her own, as per Us Weekly. Without the use of a nutritionist or a professional chef. Kourtney loves to cook and entertain for her family and friends.
The massive spread included cherries, grapes, and strawberries. Each fruit had its own dish and most of the eats had a light dusting of powdered sugar. The spread was so massive that it covered the entire length of the dining table.
