‘Love After Lockup’ News: When Will New Season Premiere in 2020?
It is almost time for a new season of Love After Lockup. On Friday nights, the DVR will catch a special here and there. It turns out that now that Mama June is done airing on Friday nights it is almost time for another season.
Time for a Love After Lockup return
Starcasm shared some about the new season and when it will air. A lot of fans expected a new episode tonight, but that isn’t the case. Instead, the new season will be coming July 17, 2020. That is a few weeks away, but at least new things will be on to watch! Check out the new preview below.
The new cast
There is a bit of information out about the new cast. Jess, John, Shavel and Scott are all dating prisoners. It really does sound like there is drama in every relationship this season, which makes for great television. You do not want to miss it!
Jess met her man on the dating app Plenty of Fish. It turns out he was in prison, though. They are even already married. She bought herself a ring for just $2, but that was because her fiance at the time didn’t even have a ring. Love After Lockup will show this all go down on the new season.
Shavel has been with her man for over two years. John is hoping to marry his love the day she gets released. The thing is she doesn’t even know that is the plan yet. Scott hasn’t even met his girl in person yet, but he is ready to spend his life with her.
So far, it looks like there are all-new cast members this season. You never know though. They could decide to bring back a past couple and share their drama. One girl even bought her man a new car already on this season of Love After Lockup.
What season is this?
So far, they aren’t even saying what season of Love After Lockup this is going to be called. It should be Season 3. The thing is WEtv isn’t sharing that yet. It could be a part of Season 2 still. That does make it a bit confusing, but eventually, they will share. It does make it hard to look up information for the new season.
