90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star Brittany breaks all rules

As Brittany, 27, arrives in Amman, Jordan to start her life together with Yazan, 24, things are sweet at first. Yazan is waiting outside the airport with a bouquet of roses for his love. However, it doesn’t take long for things to go very wrong. This starts with Yazan spotting the bottle of alcohol in Brittany’s carry-on luggage. It continues when Brittany excitedly hugs the TLC crew. Both are major no-no’s in a Muslim country.

Brittany has already said she doesn’t wish to convert to Islam. If this is the case, is she prepared to adapt to the culture of the country she will be calling home? While Yazan curses and raves at the 90 Day Fiancé star, she tells the cameras she is “not proud of his behavior.”

Brittany speaks up about the fight with Yazan

In an interview with ET on Wednesday, Brittany tells Melicia Johnson that despite his temper, she wasn’t scared of Yazan. Bringing up the subject of her ex, she says Yazan’s behavior at the airport was shocking. However, she says growing up mostly as she did in Palm Beach, she is from 79th street in Chicago. This means nothing really scares her that much especially after her ex. However, she does say Yazan is normally “very calm and very sweet and very understanding,” so she was shocked. She believes he must need a nap or something.

The TLC reality star says she has no regrets about her behavior at the airport. She says Yazan didn’t warn her about bringing alcohol to the country. He also didn’t warn her about hugging the TLC crew members. Meanwhile, Yazan claims otherwise to the cameras, saying he had told her indeed.

Brittany continues by saying seeing Yazan yelling at her was “super cringey.” She says she doesn’t like people yelling at her, especially a “grown a** man.” Brittany says that isn’t “cute” to her. She does tease viewers will see more in next week’s episode. Viewers will be able to see she doesn’t back down from the fight with Yazan. The TLC reality star says she gave him “regular old Brittany.”

Will the 90 Day Fiancé couple last?

Many fans of the show doubt whether Brittany and Yazan’s relationship has a chance. This is due to their extreme cultural differences. Despite this, Brittany insists Yazan immediately embraces her for who she is while meeting online.

Yazan follows her Instagram and likes and comments on many of her posts. Brittany says he must not have had a problem with her to do that. She says he must have loved it and she believed this is what he was looking for.

The TLC reality star says both of them will have to make changes if their relationship is to work. However, Brittany stresses she is not going to convert to “any religion for anybody.” This is relating to Yazan and his parents’ wish she converts to Islam. According to Brittany, a conversion “should be for God, not for a man.” She also has the same thoughts about her clothing, though fortunately, she doesn’t have to wear a hijab.

Brittany loves living in Jordan

Despite the argument on her arrival, Brittany admits she loves Jordan so far. She says, “Jordan’s amazing,” adding how much she likes the people and the culture. She also likes Yazan’s parents after they met during the latest episode of 90 Day Fiancé. It turns out it was his father’s idea for Yazan to bring Brittany flowers at the airport.
