‘RHOBH’ Won’t Air New Episodes Until July, Fans Speculate Why

Bad news The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans! The Bravo show is taking a two-week hiatus starting tonight, June 6. Instead of airing new episodes, Bravo will air two earlier episodes from Season 10.

Rumors are swirling social media about the cause for the delay. Some fans think Bravo is trying to cover up something controversial.

Fans Will Have to Wait For Brandi/Denise RHOBH Drama

Despite what the other RHOBH stars say, Season 10 is ALL about Denise Richards. Rumors started earlier this year that Denise and Brandi Glanville hooked up. While we have yet to see that play out on the show, Denise is embroiled in other drama with her co-stars.

On one recent episode, Kyle Richards accused Denise of ‘mom-shaming’ her. Kyle felt that way  because Denise didn’t bring her kids to the BBQ Kyle hosted.

Rather than continue to argue with her RHOBH co-stars, Denise got up to leave. She was walking down the sidewalk when time ran out and “to be continued’ appeared on the screen.

No New RHOBH Episodes Until July

Unfortunately, fans will have to wait a while before the show does continue. An Instagram fan account revealed that RHOBH is taking a two-week break. The next new episode will air on July 8.

In place of a new episode, Bravo is re-airing an earlier episode from this season of RHOBH. Stars Garcelle Beauvais and Dorit Kemsley will virtually watch and give commentary.

Reality Blurb reports that The Real Housewives of New York is taking a similar break.

Rumors Run Wild About Why RHOBH is On Hiatus

The unexpected break has fans creating their own drama in the absence of their Real Housewives fix. Some fans are speculating that it was re-edited to ‘protect’ one of their stars.

One theory is that an argument between Kyle and Garcelle needs to be re-edited in light of the spotlight on racial relations.

One fan just wants to know what Bravo plans to do about Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin’s questionable Halloween costumes in 2015. The couple went as iconic duo Sid and Nancy. The problem arose with Harry’s t-shirt featuring a swastika.

The couple apologized at the time, but there is a renewed focus on the insensitive choice amid Bravo firing several Vanderpump Rules stars for past racially insensitive behavior.

The less-dramatic RHOBH fans concede that the break is for editing purposes. However, they point out that Bravo warned fans this might happen. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, many editors are working from home, making the editing process much slower.

Regardless of the why, new episodes of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills won’t air until July 8 on Bravo
