LPBW fans know that Tori Roloff lives what could be termed as a somewhat privileged life in Oregon. But, she lives with a family jam-packed with physical differences. So, she understands something about the issues that people of color experience in a way. Following the death of George Floyd and the protests, she said that she’s “listening.” Tori told her fans she can support “Back Lives,” but also “good cops.”
LPBW – Tori Roloff brand all cops as bad cops
Little People, Big World star, Tori Roloff impresses fans of the TLC show. She married into the Roloff family and instantly engaged in a lifestyle many people hope for. Happily married, she became a reality TV star. The family’s not shy of a few dollars and she lives in a nice place. Then, she drives a nice car and travels to great places. But, Tori never acts arrogantly. While she shares her good fortune, boastful words never come from the mom of Jackson and Lilah.
So, it’s no surprise to the many LPBW fans who follow Tori, that she mentioned “Black Lives” in a post on Friday. People matter to Tori, a self-confessed born-again Christian. Perhaps her children and husband’s dwarfism make her aware that sometimes people act cruelly out of ignorance towards those with differences. The USA rages with protesters who hate the way black people seem to receive different treatment from the police than white people. So, Tori says she can support “Black Lives.” Notably, she also supports cops – the “good” kind.
Little People, Big World star, Tori says she’s ‘listening’
America makes a lot of noise right now. People of color want their voices heard about inequality and justice. And, the world listens. Across the world, supportive protests sprung up. Tori Roloff also declares that she listens to that voice. In a post on Instagram, Tori noted, “I am here to say I’m trying. Im listening. I’m learning. I want to be here to bring light into the world. I am here to pray for you. To love you. I am here to support you.”
LPBW star Tori seemed emphatic though, on her stance towards police officers. She clearly stated that she supports “GOOD cops.” And, of course in a law enforcement body across the entire country, many of them must be good cops. In fact, many of them who serve are people of color, themselves. Fans appreciated that Tori listens and learns. One commented, “As long as you are using your voice for good we appreciated it because so many people aren’t using their platform to speak out on the injustice.”

I promise to teach my babies to love your babies. I have learned a lot the last few weeks. I hope we all have. The world is hurting and I’ll keep praying. I read an article about conflicting feelings during this time and it really resonated with me. I can support black lives AND good cops. I can want to speak up AND feel like this is a time to listen. Having the platform I do I feel like it’s my responsibility to be a good role model to others, and that is sometimes really scary. But I am here to say I’m trying. Im listening. I’m learning. I want to be here to bring light into the world. I am here to pray for you. To love you. I am here to support you. I vow to teach my kids how to love the world and everything in it just like God did. My kids are different and I vow to teach them the world is not against them. Jesus is with them. It’s their responsibility to stand with others. To love others. I promise to live out my life doing my best to remind myself of this and guide my family to love more. 🖤🖤🖤
Another LPBW fan wrote, “Thank you for having an open mind on this issue. I think we can all learn from each other. God bless you.” Do you agree that an “open mind” is a great starting place when it comes to a sensitive issue like racial inequality? Sound off in the comments below.
