‘VPR’: Stassi Schroeder Eats Salad A Very Specific Way
Everyone knows that Vanderpump Rules star Stassi Schroeder loves Ranch dressing. She has an entire chapter dedicated to her love for the condiment in her first ever book, Next Level Basic. She puts ranch dressing on everything from pizza to chicken.
So, it’s no surprise that the reality star has a specific way of eating her favorite salad. She’s been sharing her cooking adventures on her Instagram Stories. Stassi even revealed on the Friday, May 22 episode of the “Straight Up with Stassi” podcast that she’s been cooking a lot more lately while in quarantine. She even took to Instagram Stories to share the same salad she eats every day.
Stassi Schroeder swears by this salad
According to BravoTV.com, Stassi Schroeder has a specific salad that she eats every day. While she experimented with new meals, even her latest chicken fail, she likes to keep most of the foods in her diet the same. Stassi shared the salad that she eats every day and it’s not what you think.
In her latest Instagram Story, Stassi shared a picture of her favorite salad in a golden bowl. “Not a day goes by when I don’t eat this for lunch or dinner,” the author said. She also detailed what’s exactly in it. The salad includes a combination of baby greens, cherry tomatoes, green apples, red onions, and Swiss cheese. And, though Stassi has declared her love for Ranch dressing in the past, this salad doesn’t include it. Instead, she tops it off with golden balsamic dressing, which is a healthier and delicious alternative.
She would rather save the Ranch dressing for pizza, which she loves eating together.
Wants a cake made of cheese for her Italian wedding
Stassi Schroeder and her fiancé Beau Clark are hoping to get married in Rome, Italy this coming fall. But their wedding is on hold due the coronavirus pandemic. On the latest episode of her podcast, Stassi confessed she wants to get married as soon as possible. She doesn’t care if it’s a courthouse wedding at this point.
But just a few months ago, the Vanderpump Rules star had big dreams for her October nuptials. She chose her ideal dresses. She also narrowed down her guest list, and has an idea of what will be on the dessert menu.
“I joke all the time that I don’t want a wedding cake because I don’t like sweets,” Stassi previously said in an exclusive interview with People. “If I had a cheese cake – but it’s block of cheese to make it look like a wedding cake – that would be perfect for me.”
Even Beau loves the idea of having a cake made of cheese. But there’s one thing he wants. “He’s like, ‘I’ll let you do that if I can have a dessert bar,” Stassi recalled. “And I’m like, ‘Fine, whatever, you can have your cannolis and I’ll have my cheese.'”
Stassi has had a laid-back approach to her wedding diet. She calls it “mild, intermittent fasting.” She still eats everything she loves, but she has her limits. For example, she refuses to eat late at night. Stassi just enjoys her favorite foods earlier in the day.

But, this condiment may be on the dessert menu at her wedding. Back in October, Stassi Schroeder showed off her blinged-out bottle of Ranch dressing. Prior to the coronavirus, she traveled on the Straight Up with Stassi live tour. Since traveling can be exhausting, the hotel staff has found unique ways to make Stassi feel more at home.
She took to her Instagram Story to share her bedazzled bottle of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing. It’s adorned in twinkling rhinestones. It would make the ideal wedding favor. But, knowing Stassi, she would probably keep it all to herself.
Stassi Schroeder announced her engagement to Beau Clark in July. The couple just purchased their $1.7 million home back in January.
