‘VPR’: Stassi Schroeder Admits She’s ‘Probably Not’ Getting Married This Year
Vanderpump Rules star Stassi Schroeder is facing reality about the chances of her October wedding going off as planned.
After months of excited planning, the COVID-19 outbreak has thrown a wrench in the wedding plans of many brides-to-be. VPR’s Lala Kent had to postpone her April 18 wedding until July. And even that isn’t for sure.
VPR’s Stassi Says She’s ‘Probably Not’ Getting Married This Year
Ever since the coronavirus pandemic started, Stassi has fielded questions from fans and media about her upcoming wedding. As fans know, Stassi is supposed to marry fiancé Beau Clark in Rome, Italy, in October, 2020.
However, Italy was one of the countries hit the hardest with deaths due to coronavirus. The country is slowly coming out of quarantine while the US is facing its own coronavirus crisis. Stassi doesn’t know for sure if her wedding is on or off. She joked with a fan on Twitter recently after a fan asked for a wedding update. Stassi quipped, “We’d like an update, too.”

The Next Level Basic author gave an update of sorts earlier this week. The topic of her wedding came up with Brittany Cartwright on Stassi’s Straight Up With Stassi podcast. Stassi admitted that she knows realistically that her wedding is “probably not” happening this year.
She notes that California recently extended the stay-at-home order for Los Angeles, where Stassi lives. Due to that, Stassi says she can’t even look for dresses for her bridesmaids, Inquisitr reports.
Brittany did her best to reassure her friend and VPR co-star. She said, “No matter when it is, what year, whatever, it’s going to be your perfect day.”
If she can’t have a wedding, Stassi may have a baby instead.
Maybe VPR Baby Instead?
Stassi can’t wait to be a mom. Before Beau proposed, Stassi was open to having kids before getting married. However, once he proposed, she put the baby plans on the backburner.
But now that her wedding is on hold, the possibility of a baby is heating up for the Amazing Race alum.
During the podcast, Stassi reminded Brittany of the “pregnancy pact” they have to try to get pregnant at the same time. TV Shows Ace reports that Brittany replied that she is “down” for that. She even revealed that she’s tracking her ovulation schedule.
While Stassi isn’t taking quite an active approach, she isn’t opposed to the idea. The VPR star is taking more of an “it is what it is” approach to getting pregnant during the quarantine.
