Tyler Cameron Talks Future ‘Bachelor’ Plans, Relationships And More
Tyler Cameron of The Bachelorette is a fan favorite and has kept himself in the spotlight. When rumors aren’t flying around about Hannah Brown, they are about his ex-girlfriend Gigi Hadid. Fans want to see Tyler dating. And, there are tons who would love to see him as the next Bachelor. But, where does Tyler stand on all this?
Tyler talks about Bachelor potential
While Tyler believes in never say never, it also sounds like taking the lead role is probably not in his plans. E! News caught up with Tyler to get the scoop. He currently feels like having a Season 2 of Barkitecture and hanging out with a bunch of dogs would be better than being The Bachelor.
Tyler went on to say, “Who knows? I’ll never say never. But I think I’m at the point of my life where there’s things I need to focus on for myself and get to where I need to be before I can give myself to somebody.”
Hearing that Tyler wants to focus on himself is kind of a big downer for fans hoping to see a rekindled romance with Hannah. The two have spent a lot of time together recently. She even spent several weeks in Florida with him and his friends. However, both he and Hannah both say they are just great friends. But, he says right now the most important thing to him is taking care of his brothers following his mother’s recent passing.

He talks about Hannah
Tyler shared that he and Hannah have both endured some rough times lately. He said quarantining together gave them a lot of time to be able to put things in the past. They have both been able to be support for one another.
Of course just because they are friends now, that can change in the future, right? Tyler says, “The future? I don’t know. I have no idea what the future holds. I’m just glad I have a great friend again.”
He also mentioned how happy he is for ex-girlfriend Gigi Hadid. And, in response to her pregnancy announcement,Tyler says he is excited for her and that she will be an incredible mom.
Tyler gets asked some dating questions
E! reporter Erin Lim was even able to get Tyler to answer some dating dos and don’ts. When asked if its okay to slide into someone’s DM’s, Tyler says during quarantine that is acceptable. However, he would much rather meet someone in person. He also said he’s too old to play games so playing hard to get is a definite do not do.
And, a big turn off is talking about kids too early in a relationship. He also points out that he doesn’t want to hear about ex boyfriends.
So what is Tyler okay with? He thinks a little intimate texting can be okay. He said, “That might push things a little quick. But that’ll tell you where she’s at and what she’s looking for in a relationship. Uh, why not? Go for it. Do. Sure.” He then also added, “Let’s get it hot!”
