’90 Day Fiance’: Bittersweet Mother’s Day For Angela Deem Who Lost Her Mom
90 Day Fiance fans heard from Angela Deem back in February, that her mom, Glenda Standridge passed away. For Angela, the sadness came because Michael’s visa got denied. So, they couldn’t marry in the USA. Her mom, suffering from cancer ended up never seeing them tie the knot. Now, as the first Mother’s Day without her mom came around, Angela still clearly mourns her loss.

TV Shows Ace reported that Angela really wanted her mom at her wedding. But, she couldn’t travel. And, the USA travel ban on Nigerians means that there’s no guarantee he can actually relocate there. So, the bad news about the visa hit Angela hard. Then, capping off a difficult time, her beloved mom passed away. The news came via Instagram, and Angela noted, “We love you moma, But God love you more! Rest in peace mama 💔😞🙏♥️.”
Angela Deem feels some happiness in that she helped her mom as much as she could during her later months. Plus she found a new mom, in Micheal’s mom, now her “Mother-In-Law.” But, it’s not the same as waking up and giving her mom a call. That’s never going to happen again. The 90 Day Fiance veteran spoke about it on her Mother’s Day post.

Angela’s Mother’s Day post showed a photo of her mom. Her bittersweet message included her new mother-in-law, and she wished her a nice day. Of her mom, she noted, “Mother, I need you so much, I wish you were here.” Then she talked about the “comfort” she feels as she knows she did her best by her mom. Then, she wished her mom, “a Happy Mother’s Day… in heaven 🥰😇😔🙏. ” Angela also sent her best wishes to everyone’s mom.
The sad moment saw many loyal fans respond to their favorite 90 Day Fiance star. One fan wrote, “What a beautiful tribute!” Another one noted, “Happy Mother’s Day Angela, you definitely now hold the torch your mama held by taking care of all of your children!” Other people who also missed their mom on Mother’s Day also commented. One of them said, “Aww I am so sorry to hear about your beautiful Mother. You and I are in the same boat kiddo. Missing my Mama too. Happy Happy Mother’s Day to you and our Moms in heaven.”
