Lauren Bushnell Says Her Number One Priority Is To Start A Family: Is A Baby On The Way?
Bachelor alum Lauren Bushnell Lane is living her best life. She married country singer Chris Lane and the two are enjoying being fairly new to marriage. With that said, Lauren has said career success is wonderful, but there is something else she is looking forward to.
Lauren is looking forward to having a baby with Chris
People shared details about Lauren and Chris’ biggest plans. While there is no baby on the way just yet, Lauren says she has always wanted to be a mom. They have only been married since October, but a baby is one thing the two really want and are looking forward to. A family is their top priority. Lauren said, “Definitely family. We throw that one around a lot in terms of trying to plan it, I don’t know how much you could plan for that.” Chris joked around that they practice a lot.
Lauren and Chris married in October after he popped the question last June. After their wedding they were set to go on tour. That has since been postponed. And, the tour wasn’t the only thing interrupted by the coronavirus pandemic, the two had to hold off on taking their honeymoon.

She would love to add to their family soon
Lauren and Chris moved into their Nashville home and adopted their dog last August. She gushes about their dog and Chris says, “Rescuing a dog has been like having a child, it has been really great though, we love him to death.” Lauren adds to his statement that they talk about starting a family often. They both just want to make sure they are ready and that the timing is perfect.
Lauren also said, “In terms of future goals, to me, that’s my number one goal is having a family. Career stuff is amazing and I feel very blessed, but I’ve always wanted to be a mom. I’m excited, that’s my number one most exciting next chapter.”

Lauren can’t wait to add to their little family
Chris and Lauren have had a whirlwind romance and look extremely happy together. Country music fans along with Bachelor Nation can’t wait to see where life takes them. They especially can’t wait to follow their journey when someday they welcome a baby into the world.
In the meantime, Chris and Lauren are enjoying this break together in quarantine. They are spending quality time together and with their dog Cooper.
