Jill Duggar’s First Pandemic Shopping Trip
Jill Duggar Dillard shared that she went to the store for the first time since the coronavirus pandemic hit. According to her Instagram post, she was by herself and brought home a tree of all things!
Jill Duggar is not messing around with the coronavirus
Recently, viewers have been wondering just how seriously the Duggar family is taking the coronavirus pandemic. There have been reports of the Duggars still having large family gatherings, and even going to church. Despite her other family members not following the rules, Jill’s Instagram posts show that she has been taking the proper precautions.
For example, Jill shared photos of her oldest son, Israel’s fifth birthday earlier this month. You can see Michelle Duggar and Jill’s two sisters, Josie and Jordyn, visiting through the window standing outside.
Jill most recently shared a photo from her first trip to the store since the coronavirus pandemic began. Now, this was not the first time she has left the house, just the first time she’s gone to the store.
The photo shows her protecting herself in public by wearing a mask. Additionally, to many fans’ surprise, there is a tree riding shotgun in her car and hanging out the window. Now, that is one unique quarantine purchase!

Well, for one, it looks like the former TLC star’s family will be planting a tree. Jill also shared in her post that she bought the tree for a little bit of quarantine therapy.
Gardening can be incredibly soothing and relaxing, and a great hobby to take up while everyone is staying home.
Overall, the former Counting On family has been trying to keep things fairly normal. Derick is in law school currently, so he’s attending his classes from home, and Jill has been focused on taking care of the boys. Speaking of the boys, Jill just shared that she and Derick bought the boys a bunk bed.
Despite the couple no longer being a part of the Counting On series, there is still a strong following who wants to keep up with their life. And, Jill does a great job updating fans, while as we all know, Derick occasionally likes to stir the family pot.
Counting On is currently on hiatus but it is expected to return to TLC later this year. But, we certainly won’t be seeing Jill and Derick when it returns. Stay tuned for more details about the show and news on an official renewal.
