Khloe Kardashian Gives Back To The Elderly During COVID-19 Pandemic

Khloe Kardashian is giving back to her community. She wants to help those who are most in need amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Over the past week alone, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has visited various locations throughout the Los Angeles area to help pay for elderly customers’ groceries, according to a People report.

TMZ was the first outlet to report the news of Khloe’s kindness. She paid for shoppers at different Trader Joe’s and Ralphs supermarkets with senior hours. In addition, Khloe purchased over 200 gift cards at various stores. She plans to ramp up her efforts and continue to help those in need. It appears that Kim and Kylie’s recent acts of kindness has rubbed off on her.

Last month, Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner each donated $1 million to COVID-19 relief funds. Now, Khloe Kardashian wants to help out as well. The 35-year-old television personality covered grocery bills for the elderly at various locations throughout Los Angeles, according to TMZ.

Inside sources close to the reality star revealed that she’s also been helping out staff at the locations. Khloe has reportedly worked behind the register. She also helped out staff with whatever they need. There is no video or photographic evidence of her efforts. It’s unclear whether she was in disguise during these recent sightings.

Inside sources said that Khloe Kardashian purchased gift cards “for over 200 employees” at each of the stores she visited.

Kim and Kylie lend a helping hand as well

Kim through her company, Skims, donated $1 million with the profits supporting mothers and children in need, as per Daily Mail.

“I am so grateful to all of you who have supported SKIMS since we first started six months ago,” she revealed in a statement. “It’s been a dream of mine for so long, and has only been possible because of your love for what we do. Our six-month anniversary has fallen in the middle of a global crisis so more than ever, it’s our responsibility to give back and do what we can to help others.”

Not only did Kim donate funds, but she also donated 600 pounds of hand sanitizer to hospitals under her new company name, Coty. The company owns a major stake in Kylie Cosmetics and Kylie Skin. The hand sanitizer is for emergency and healthcare workers working to fight off the virus at numerous hospitals.

In addition, Kylie Jenner donated $1 million to help medical professionals have access to face masks and protective gear during the outbreak. She also encouraged social media followers to practice social distancing to help stop the spread of the virus.

Khloe Kardashian has also practiced social distancing. She’s currently staying at her home with her daughter, True. TV Shows Ace reported that she was also spotted in quarantine with her ex-boyfriend and baby daddy, Tristan Thompson.
