’90 Day Fiance: The Other Way’ Spoilers – Ariela’s Guy, Biniyam’s Ex Wife’s American And They Have A Son
90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, Season 2 brought a spark into the lives of TLC fans this week. A trailer dropped, and the cast details emerged. One couple is Ariela and her Ethiopian guy, Biniyam. In the trailer, fans saw her objecting to the living conditions in Ethiopia. Now, spoilers already came out that Biniyam already married before. He’s got a son by her and she also turned out to be an American.
90 Day Fiance – new cast brings Ariela and Biniyam but the trailer never mentioned the ex-wife
TV Shows Ace reported that details about the cast came out and this got swiftly followed by a trailer for the second season of the show. In the trailer, fans see that Ariela’s over in Ethiopia with Biniyam, where she has ten fits about the state of the toilets and the general standards there. In her intro, Ariela says how she’s making a “huge sacrifice” for someone she “doesn’t know.” Well, she certainly knew him before that got filmed for the show. Starcasm dug around and came with the news that she was his boxing manager at one time. And she was already pregnant with his child in September before she flew back to Ethiopia.
Notably absent from the 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way trailer is any mention of Biniyam having fathered another child. Neither did anyone suggest that he might already have an ex-wife. Actually, Starcasm‘s super-sleuth Asa Hawks predicts, probably correctly that this probably comes out in one of those “I have a secret to tell my partner” scenes. TLC’s famous for those, even though many fans know the secret long before the grand announcement. The trailer never mentioned anything about an ex-wife who also happens to be an American just like Ariela.
Biniyam’s son lives in the USA
Asa revealed that Biniyam shared about his son on his Instagram. In March, he shared a photo and said, “A father never forgets his son. I will not give up. I love you, Simon.” Well, Simon’s the son he had when married to an American named Bria. She’s now engaged to someone else and lives in the SA where her son was born. Apparently, she met Biniyam in Ethiopia when she went over there to work with poverty victims in 2014, according to The Hawkeye. Actually, her story got into the news after she married Biniyam in a traditional wedding ceremony in 2016.
Pregnant, she flew back Stateside for her sister’s wedding. While there, doctors discovered her child had an abnormality and advised against a return to Ethiopia. After several visas got rejected, finally, Congressman Loebsack stepped in and helped him get a humanitarian one. He made it over there temporarily. That also opened the opportunity for them to get married in America. But, obviously, they’re not married anymore as Biniyam features in 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way with Ariela.

Oh, and if you don’t know, Ariela also delivered her baby, Starcasm revealed. It sounds like she’s still in Ethiopia at the moment.
