Former Bachelorette Hannah Brown didn’t quite have a positive response to the Monday night premiere of The Bachelor: Listen to Your Heart. In fact, Hannah went to Twitter to share she was triggered by the show. So what exactly did Hannah not like?
Why Hannah was triggered by Listen to Your Heart
Hannah wasn’t too keen on watching a group full of musicians fall in love. She took to Twitter Monday night with some thoughts. Entertainment Tonight shared details about Hannah’s message. She tweeted, “I’m triggered by this whole thing. @chrisbharrison #TheBachelorLTYH.” The tweet came alongside a gif of her groaning while talking to former fiance Jed Wyatt.
Hannah’s tweet got a reply from host Chris Harrison. He said, “Understandably so, my friend #TheBachelorLTYH.” Chris is definitely right. Hannah has every right to be a little bitter towards musicians looking for love. Hannah became engaged to Jed during her season of the show. He admitted he originally came on the show to further his music career.
The two did not stay engaged for long. Hannah found out shortly after filming wrapped that Jed had an alleged girlfriend back home. She confronted him and ended the relationship.
Jed even had some words about the Listen to Your Heart premiere. He tweeted, “something about this new show feels familiar.” He continued saying, “Maybe it’s Trevor’s jacket, maybe it’s all the guitars. Stay tuned.” Jed wore something similar during The Bachelorette. Perhaps Hannah noticed that too.
She should have chosen Tyler Cameron
Fans always thought she should have chosen runner-up Tyler Cameron instead of Jed Wyatt. In fact, Tyler even tweeted out some comments during Monday’s premiere. Apparently Jed wasn’t the only one to notice similarities between Trevor’s jacket and Jed’s. Tyler tweeted, “We’ve seen how this whole look turns out already…” He went on to say, “They should give Jed producer credits because he is definitely the creative idea for this show.” Hannah’s not the only one who isn’t thrilled with Jed.
Hannah has been linked once again to Tyler in recent weeks. She was there for him when his mother passed away suddenly. Hannah then returned to Florida to quarantine with Tyler and friends for more than three weeks. She eventually returned to Alabama to ride out the virus stay at home orders with her family. They both deny they are anything more than friends.
As far as the new show, there have been mixed feelings about the spinoff. Some like it while others aren’t quite sure yet. If you haven’t tuned in yet, don’t miss watching The Bachelor: Listen to Your Heart Monday nights on ABC.
