‘Mama June: From Not To Hot’: Follower Urges Pumpkin To ‘Repent’ Today

News, Reality TV

Mama June: From Not To Hot fans know that Pumpkin, (Lauryn Efrid), stepped up and looked after her little sister Alana (Honey Boo Boo). She took her into her own custody. It came after Mama June took off with Geno Doak and became estranged from the family. Just 21 years old, she’s also got her own little girl, Ella Grace. So, she took on a huge responsibility at a young age and provides a home for the two kids and her husband. Fans heap praise on her for the way she acted. But one person obviously thinks that’s not enough. In fact, they urged Pumpkin to “repent” and “receive” Jesus “today.” That way, she avoids going to hell.

Mama June: From Not To Hot – Pumpkin usually gets praised for looking after Alana

TV Shows Ace reported that fans of the WEtv show adore Pumpkin, and more so as she took her little sister into custody.  In January, Pumpkin’s aunt Jo (aka Doe Doe), Mama June’s sister, praised her niece on her birthday. She said, “Happy birthday to this amazing woman, my niece. I call her Lauryn but everyone else calls her @pumpkin.” Then, she said that despite it being such a “tough year” for Pumpkin, she’s been “an awesome mother.” Plus she also mentioned, “wife, sister. and all-around amazing woman!!!!”

Naturally, Mama June From Not To Hot fans agreed with Doe Doe. So many good wishes and a lot of praise went Pumpkin’s way. Fans of the show know that Mama June took off with Geno Doak. She abandoned her family and went off living out of hotels and spending time in casinos. Fans feared that June might spend some of her money purchasing drugs. After all, she and Geno got arrested for alleged possession of paraphernalia. Meanwhile, Pumpkin looks after Honey Boo Boo and provides a safe haven for her.

Follower gets a bee in their bonnet about Pumpkin and wants her to repent today

Pumpkin took to her Instagram on Tuesday. Obviously trying to share a bit of positivity during the coronavirus, she shared a small clip of her smiling. She captioned it with, “All smiles here 😌🤪💁🏼‍♀️.” Plenty of her fans replied to her post. One said, “Beautiful as always inside and out 💕.” Another one wrote, “@Pumpkin your doing such a good job holding down the fort. Taking care of sister [and] daughter.” Many fans just love her for stepping up in such a gracious and loving way for Alana. However, one follower, maybe a bit depressed over the coronavirus had another message for Pumpkin.

He wrote, “Jesus Loves you, and he died for you.” Then, he explained that he saved people from “the coming storm.” Perhaps he thinks the coronavirus hails the end of the world. He also noted that Jesus saves people from going to “hell.” Then he urged Pumpkin to “repent, and choose to receive him as your Lord and savior today.” Well, well-meaning or not, it’s probably a waste of time anyway. His message might disappear into the unread graveyard of so many comments on Instagram. After all, the comment came so low down in the Mama June: From Not To Hot star’s feed, she’ll probably never see it.

Maybe Mama June of Mama June: From Not To Hot could use that advice

Interestingly, the Mama June: From Not To Hot follower apparently didn’t pitch up on Mama June’s Instagram. (Unless it ended up buried in comments about June). One might think she could use a bit of that advice before her generous and caring daughter, Pumpkin. What do you think? Sound off your thoughts in the comments below.
