The Duggar Family Gathers For Church Time At Home
On Sunday afternoon, the Duggar family took to social media to share that they had “family church time.” Due to social-distancing, many people are having church at home. This is one way to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
They shared a video of the family singing as Jana played the piano. It looks like only the kids who live at the “big house” are in the video. From left to right, this includes James, Jordyn, Jackson, Jim Bob, Michelle, Josie, Tyler, Johannah, Jennifer and Justin.
This video was posted on the family’s Instagram page and Facebook page. It’s not clear who exactly runs these pages. But, it’s likely Jim Bob or Michelle. Maybe they both post there.
They wrote, “Doing some singing around the piano at home during our family church time this morning!”
Then, the family writes, “As you start this new week, we want to encourage you. Everyone is in some kind of season of waiting—for circumstances to look different, for new opportunities to come, for a relationship to be restored, for financial burdens to ease… a longing for community and things to return to ‘normal.’ The list could go on and on! But God’s faithfulness (and goodness) is not defined by our present circumstances. Just imagine what we would miss if all we focused on was what we don’t have right now? So we PRAISE Him while we wait and declare ‘Great is Thy Faithfulness!'”

The family tragically lost their Grandma Mary last year. They seem to reflect on this unexpected loss often. In the comments section, Anna Duggar writes “So sweet! 🎶 Grandma Mary Duggar always said, ‘Praise God in ALL things!’ Reminds me of when all the grandsons sang that very song at her funeral last year! 😢🙏🏼 😷”
Duggar fans love the new video
In response to the video, Jim Bob and Michelle and the rest of their family got a lot of love from their followers. They especially seem to like the family’s positive message with everything going on in the world. In the comments section, fans are sharing uplifting comments about what they’re grateful for during this time.
Fans are also commenting and wishing the family well during this time. They hope that the Duggar family will stay safe and healthy with everything going on.
As usual, their followers are also impressed with Jana’s many talents. They think she plays the piano beautifully.
