Duggar: Joy And Austin Forsyth Talk About Coronavirus
In a new YouTube video, Joy-Anna Duggar and Austin Forsyth address the coronavirus pandemic. This video is acollaboration with The Freedomists, who run another YouTube channel.
In the video, Joy-Anna and Austin reveal that they are working on spring cleaning. After moving, they used this time to unpack and get organized. Austin adds that they also did some yard work. Lots of people around the world are working on the same things while practicing social-distancing.
In the video, they also talk about social-distancing and its importance. And, they also discuss greetings to do that don’t require any physical touch. The whole video is pretty lighthearted, despite being about the coronavirus pandemic.
Joy-Anna talks about how it can be difficult for families to practice social-distancing together. She says it’s not much different for her family. She and Austin spend a lot of time together. Joy-Anna sometimes goes to work with Austin too. As for other families, Joy-Anna says that communicating is really important during this time. So, communication could make social-distancing difficult for some families. She also encourages viewers to find the best in the situation.
Joy-Anna removes Instagram post after being social-distancing criticism
Joy-Anna claims this video was recorded “last month,” meaning they filmed it sometime in March. This has caused some concern, as “last month” could be at any point in March. So, Duggar fans hope that she’s taking the coronavirus pandemic more seriously now.
But, Joy-Anna recently shared an Instagram post of her son playing at the beach with his cousins. She got a lot of backlash for this because of the pandemic. She eventually deleted the post.
The Duggar family isn’t practicing social-distancing
Despite social-distancing guidelines, most of the Duggar family isn’t practicing it. On Monday evening, some of them got together at Jim Bob and Michelle’s house. They typically have family night on Monday evenings, but it was assumed that those meetings would be put on hold. Well, TV Shows Ace reports, Anna Duggar shared a video on her Instagram story. The video shows most of the family gathered at Jim Bob and Michelle’s house.

Some members of the Duggar family are doing a good job of practicing social-distancing. Jessa and Ben Seewald say that they aren’t going to Jim Bob and Michelle’s house. Jill and Derick Dillard have been staying home. Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo, who live in Los Angeles, California, are under a safer-at-home order.
