‘RHOC’ Alum Vicki Gunvalson’s Kids Have Symptoms Consistent With Coronavirus
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Vicki Gunvalson is likely sick with worry. Her two children, Michael and Briana, are self-isolating after showing symptoms of the coronavirus pandemic sweeping the globe.
A fan favorite, Briana moved to North Carolina with husband Ryan Culberson and their two sons. Michael lives in San Diego, California. Both revealed on social media recently that they may have coronavirus.
RHOC’s Vicki Gunvalson Under Fire For Dismissing Coronavirus as the “Flu”
As TV Shows Ace reported a few days ago, Vicki riled fans over her coronavirus comments. Speaking on her podcast, the former RHOC star deemed the coronavirus as “just the flu.”
However, the seriousness of the pandemic is close to home now.
Bravo host Andy Cohen has also tested positive for coronavirus.
Vicki’s Son Self-Quarantines
California is under virtual lockdown as restaurants and bars close, including Lisa Vanderpump’s eateries. Residents are to “stay-at-home” until at least next month, if not longer. California is one of the few states, along with New York to take such severe action.
Vicki’s son may have gotten the virus at a recent music festival before the outbreak shut everything down. The Instagram account Love Housewives snagged Michael’s Instagram post about the situation.

According to Michael, he hasn’t been tested because his doctor didn’t want to “waste” a test on him. There is a nationwide test shortage where only the most serious cases are being tested or celebrities who have money to spare.
Other people who suspect they have coronavirus are to quarantine at home. Cheat Sheet described Michael’s symptoms as “extra tired” with a sore throat and cough. His girlfriend is also showing symptoms.
RHOC Star’s Son-In-Law Shares Text Message From Briana About Leaving Work Sick
As RHOC fans likely know, Briana is a nurse. That means she is on the front lines and continues working, treating patients who may have coronavirus.
Briana’s husband, Ryan, posted a screenshot of a text message she sent to him. He begins the post by saying he received the text he has been dreading. The symptoms that sent Briana home from work include a cough and shortness of breath.
According to the text, Briana is out of work on a 14-day quarantine. She reveals that she will have to stay away from Ryan and their two sons for the duration of the quarantine.
Ryan implored his followers to take the coronavirus pandemic more seriously.

Briana hasn’t appeared on RHOC since Season 12. Her mom, Vicki, left the show after Season 14.
The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Season 15 will return to Bravo in late 2020 or next year. Bravo had to stop production on the new season due to the coronavirus outbreak.
