VPR fans heard via Instagram, that Lisa Vanderpump’s SUR closes until at least March 31. Plus, PUMP restaurant suffers the same coronavirus fate, as does TomTom in West Hollywood. It all came after government directives in an effort to contain the spread of the virus. However, fans will at least see something of Lisa. She promises fans some clips of her life while living in self-isolation.
VPR Lisa sends out a message about the coronavirus and self-isolation
Taking to her Instagram on Sunday night, Lisa spoke about the coronavirus. She said, “I am in shock at what has happened in the world in a few short weeks.” Well, much like others feel, it’s almost surreal. Lisa added, “I know how lucky I am, to be here safe in my house and healthy.” That’s typical of Lisa as she actually has so much material with, but she knows other people don’t. So, she said, “my thoughts and prayers really do go out to each of you affected by this horrific pandemic.”
Lisa says that she personally knows people who “lost income, or have caught this virus.” Then, she mentioned others who work “on the frontlines to combat it.” The VPR star talked about her appreciation for everyone “helping in this crisis.’ Lisa mentioned “first responders, health workers, scientists, nurses,” and “doctors.” But, her thoughts also extend to “grocery store employees, delivery workers, pharmacy employees,” and more.

I am in shock at what has happened in the world in a few short weeks.. I know how lucky I am, to be here safe in my house and healthy, and my thoughts and prayers really do go out to each of you affected by this horrific pandemic. I know so many people have lost income, or have caught this virus, or are working on the frontlines to combat it, and I am so deeply grateful for all the people helping in this crisis, from first responders, health workers, scientists, nurses, doctors, to grocery store employees, delivery workers, pharmacy employees etc. I urge anyone who can to donate to a local food bank, or an organization working to combat this coronavirus. I will be making a donation to @lafoodbank and @midnightmission. Please stay home if you can and help #flattenthecurve and allow our society to try and catch up with this virus. In the meantime, I will try to be posting things that will hopefully take your mind off things, or peeks into our pretty boring #isolation home life of me trying not to strangle Ken daily 😂
Lisa calls for donations and promises clips of life in self-isolation
As usual. The Real Housewives alum and Vanderpump Rules matriarch talks about her generosity. She shared, “I will be making a donation to @lafoodbank and @midnightmission.” Plus she asked those who had some spare cash to consider donating, even it’s just to a “local food bank.” Hoping to flatten the curve, she also reminded everyone to try and “help our society … catch up with this virus.”
Next, Lisa said that she’s planning on sharing stuff on her social media. She hopes it takes the minds of her fans off things. The VPR star notes though, that you might just see “inside our pretty boring isolation home life.” Then, she joked that it might just show her trying not to “strange Ken.” Well, loads of fans appreciate that and really look forward to seeing her posts. One fan noted, “Stay safe and thank you for all you do. 🙏❤️.”
But, other VPR fans commented on Lisa’s humanity. As one fan put it so aptly, “Love you! Your passion for humanity is unmatched ❤️❤️❤️❤️.” Do you think Lisa’s message was kind and caring? Are you looking forward to seeing some of her social-distancing life routines? Sound off your thoughts in the comments below.
