‘The Little Couple’: Fans Love The Way Jen Arnold Celebrates Zoey’s Culture

The Little Couple fans love seeing Will and Zoey growing up. Many of them praise Jen Arnold and her husband Bill for the way they raise their two adopted children. Zoey, originally from India, attended a dance class, and now mom Jen celebrated Holi with her daughter. Fans love the way she incorporates Zoey’s culture into their lives.

Late last year, TV Shows Ace reminded fans of the TLC show that Zoey took some time to accept her new family. In 2013, the little tyke didn’t even take to Will, never mind Jen and Bill. In fact, Radar Online noted that Zoey only got a bit close to her new “mom” when Jen stayed home a lot during her cancer treatment. But, you’d never know it today. Jen, Will, Bill, and Zoey now present a happy family that loves doing things together.

The Little Couple celebrates the USA holidays with their kids, like Christmas and Easter. And, sometimes they celebrate Will’s culture. Last season, fans saw the family celebrating Holi with Zoey. Actually, Zoey seemed a bit stunned at the rather messy celebration with powder paint. But this year, she looks really into it as the family celebrated again. Jen shared a picture of her and Zoey both splotched all over with bright paint. The Holi festival’s great fun by the look of it.

Jen shared a picture of herself and Zoey both covered in paint. Little Zoey certainly looked very colorful. Jen captioned her picture with, “#happyholi Great time to remember the importance of love & new beginnings!” Fans reacted and expressed their appreciation for Jen. They like the way she incorporates the kids’ culture into their lives.

One The Little Couple fan wrote, “love that you and Bill observe all of the ‘holidays’ for each of your children. Well done. Love watching you all on TLC.” Then, another one noted, “I love how you incorporate your children’s cultures into your family celebrations. It is so important that wonderful, cultural celebrations pass down throughout the generations. You are both such wonderful parents! May God continue to bless your beautiful family!”

What is Holi that The Little Couple family celebrates?

While Holi’s celebrated across much of the world these days, once it was only known in India. There, Time reminds readers, they celebrated the most colorful day for centuries. The outlet noted that the night before Holi, big fires burn “to signify the burning of evil spirits.” But the next day, everyone celebrates with colored water balloons and powder paint. Everything gets colored in paint, and every color means something. They note that green, for example, “stands for new beginnings.”
