‘The Bachelor’ Spoilers: As Madison Drops Out Of The Race Her Fans Praise Her Values

Peter Weber’s season on The Bachelor has seen plenty of drama, including Madison Prewett sticking up for her values and leaving the show.

During this season of The Bachelor, Madison Prewett’s values have been strained.  She found it hard to accept that Peter Weber became intimate with both Hannah Ann Sluss and Victoria Fuller during their overnight dates. Now, during the season finale, Madison is seen to stick to her values even more, leading to her departure.

Madison Prewett meets Peter’s family

As noted by Cheatsheet, before Prewett met Weber’s family, she told him she loves him, which he is thrilled to hear. However, his family doesn’t seem to take to Madison. While interrogating her, his parents obviously do not agree with the ultimatum she gave Peter prior to their overnight dates.

However, when Hannah Ann Sluss met Peter’s family, they immediately took to her. Fans who watch the show know from experience that if a family loves someone,The Bachelor  concerned normally loves someone else. This could be the case with Madison and Peter.

While Peter’s parents were questioning her values, Madison clearly explained her side of things, but was obviously exhausted. When she leaves, Peter’s mother starts to cry. She goes on to tell Peter that Sluss was the woman for him. She told him God has put her there for him. Peter then became upset himself, because he clearly wants Madison more than Hannah.

While Peter has obviously made up his mind and wants Madison, she has come to a different realization. She does admit she loves Peter, but she believes they would not be compatible out in the real world.

While they are on their date, Madison opens up to Peter. She tells him that as much as they want the relationship, she doesn’t believe they can give each other what they need. She went on to say she wants Weber to get what he came on the show to find.

Peter is shocked by the breakup and the fact she has stopped fighting for their relationship. Madison doesn’t outright say that his parent’s reaction to her may have led to her decision. However, many fans of the ABC show believe his family is, in fact, to blame for the breakup. Her fans are proud of her for sticking up for her values.

One fan tweeted to say they have never respected a contestant more. They wrote that Madison is “showing him the ultimate love right now,” but is also respecting and loving herself.

Another fan wrote that Madison has taught everyone “not to compromise your morals for a man” despite your feelings for him.
