‘Bachelor’ Couple Kaitlyn Bristowe, Jason Tartick Safe Following Devastating Nashville Tornadoes

Following the devastating tornadoes that ripped through the Nashville area, formerĀ Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe, Jason Tartick are safe. Jason shared that they are both fine, along with both their dogs, Pinot and Ramen.

Jason took to Instagram to share he and Kaitlyn are safe

There are actually severalĀ BachelorĀ alumnis who live in Tennessee. One of those couples is Kaitlyn Bristowe and Jason Tartick. He took to Instagram to share their story about the night of the twisters. Jason shared a photo of Kaitlyn and one of the dogs snuggled up in the bathtub sleeping.

He said they were all safe and thanked everyone for checking in on them. He went on to say they were out “celebrating an Edmonton win over Nashville with friends and karaoke.” Jason went on that around 1:00AM the bar staff was rushing to try and get closed up. Everyone was confused about what was going on until they walked out and heard loud sirens going off. Then came the tornado warning alerts on everyone’s phones.

Kaitlyn knew what to do next

Jason went on to say that he had never experienced a tornado. However, when he looked at Kaitlyn he could tell she knew how bad it could get.

Jason continued, “We rushed home and spent several hours locked in the first floor bathroom. While we woke up this morning safe and sound, the greater community of Nashville woke up in state of disarray and tragedy. This tornado has taken 22 lives, hospitalized at least 30 and has impacted 50,000+ residents.”

The tornado that struck the Nashville area is said to be an EF-3. Jason said, “Tornadoes estimated to be an EF-3 are considered to be severe, with winds between 136 and 165 mph.” He went on to say it has been heartbreaking seeing all the devastation the twister left behind. Jason and Kaitlyn are praying for Nashville and everyone impacted by this horrendous storm.

Kaitlyn also spoke of the tornado on her Instagram story. She shared a photo of her phone with the tornado warning notification. Luckily they were unharmed and able to make it home safely.

Carly Waddell and Evan Bass also live in Nashville

Carly and Evan also call Nashville home. Fortunately, they were also safe from the devastating tornado. Carly took to social media to share they are safe. While they were all okay, there are many who are not and lost everything. Sending prayers and positive vibes to Nashville as they begin to clean up and for some start over.
