‘VPR’ Stars Are Not Fans Of Newbie Charli Burnett, Plus ‘DWTS’ Alum And Bravoholic Karamo Brown Reveals His Favorite Housewives
Vanderpump Rules newcomer, Charli Burnett, posted on her social media that fans will get to know her better on Tuesday’s episode. However, the consensus among her VPR co-stars is a staunch, “No, thanks.”
What did Charli do to rub people the wrong way? It IS about the pasta.
VPR Newbie Says Pasta Makes People Fat
Charli’s VPR co-stars were not here for her vicious attack on pasta. During her first appearance on the show a few weeks back, Charli said that she has never had pasta because it’s “the reason everyone gains weight.”
Co-star Jax Taylor found it unbelievable that someone has never eaten pasta, especially not his beloved Kraft mac ‘n cheese. He expressed his condolences over her missing out on the iconic food staple. He then made sure she knew he thought she was full of crap by using emojis.
VPR‘s Lala Kent weighed in on Jax’s comments and called Charli a f**king moron. When a fan said the comment was harsh, Lala doubled down. She said it was “stupid” to say pasta causes obesity. TV Shows Ace reported about Charli’s debut back in January.
Scheana Shay liked the VPR newbie just fine until Charli went on a date with fellow newbie, Brett Caprioni. As fans know, Scheana and Brett hung out before Season 8 began filming. In the premiere episode, Brett called Scheana clingy and a bad kisser.
Needless to say, Scheana did not take it well when Brett told her about the date. She lectured the SURver about dating someone so immature.
Charli seems attuned to her VPR co-stars’ reluctance. She posted a photo imploring people “give it time. I’ll grow on you.”
DWTS Contestant Karamo Brown Reveals Reality Show Obsession
Us Weekly has a video segment called Candlelight Confessions. This week’s guest is former Dancing With The Stars’ Karamo Brown. The Queer Eye star opened up about his love of all things reality shows, including many of Bravo’s lineup, such as The Real Housewives and Vanderpump Rules. In fact, the DWTS contestant says he even watched The Real World reboot on Facebook Watch.
He says the interactions on reality shows help him connect and communicate with people. A certifiable Bravoholic, Karamo has favorites from several of the Real Housewives franchises.
The DWTS alum cites Luann de Lesseps as his favorite from The Real Housewives of New York. He also loves Bethenny Frankel, but incorrectly attributes her to the cast of The Real Housewives of Orange County.
Karamo had no hesitation naming his favorite from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. He said, “It would definitely be Erika Jayne. I love me [some] Erika Jayne.” He is close friends with RHOA star Cynthia Bailey, but chose Kandi Burruss as his fave.
