Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans managed to rack up incredible numbers of haters. Hate and slander go on all the time on social media. But would a group of people hate her so much they’d invent a fake story to make her look bad? Even her frenemies tend to treat Jenelle with some class, after all.
Teen Mom 2 – social media influencer mentions a fake story about Jenelle Evans
While plenty of people troll on Jenelle, TV Shows Ace noted that some of the MTV castmates actually deal with her critics in a rather classy way. In fact, Kailyn Lowry had an opportunity to say something less than pleasant about Ensley Eason. But she refrained. It came after she shared a video about Lux and a fan tried to compare his development with Ensley’s. In response, Kailyn merely said, “I’m sure she will get there. All babies/kids learn at their own pace.”
So, if people who personally know Jenelle can be classy then it might be assumed that others would also be less hateful. But it seems now that some people may have actually faked a story to get Jenelle into trouble. Social media influencer Katie Joy of Without A Crystal Ball brought it to the attention of Teen Mom 2 fans on her Instagram.
Katie Joy discusses faked text messages about Jenelle not being paid
On Thursday night, Katie shared a photo of some screenshots. They showed conflicting messages. One asked if a shop paid Jenelle to wear their clothes. The answer from the shop was “no.” Another shot showed the same message but in that one, the answer was “yes.” Explaining what went down, Katie elaborated in her caption. She noted, “Here is the real tea. There are a group of people trying to set up Jenelle Evans.”
She continued, writing, “Listen, I’m not a huge fan either – but people are creating fake screenshots that a boutique in North Carolina paid her.” It looks like these shots are being created so that it looks like Jenelle admitting to being paid & the boutique admitting to paying her.”
The boutique never paid her, says Katie
The caption adds, “I reached out to the boutique – they stated they did not pay her, don’t pay anyone, and that they knew nothing about her until she tagged them on Instagram.” Finally, Katie pointed out, “Hating Jenelle is one thing – but making sh*t up to frame her is another level of insanity.”
Naturally, Teen Mom 2 followers commented on the reveal by the boutique. One of them noted, “Not a fan of Jenelle’s choices, but she has enough of her own challenges without people adding to them. Shame on them. And shame on anyone who sets another person up, unfairly.” But when another follower asked how the messages could get Jenelle into trouble, Katie explained a bit more. She said, “for lying about not being paid. They want her to be a liar – she didnt get paid.”
