News, Reality TV, TLC Shows, Unexpected

Unexpected fans know that Chloe Mendoza and Max Schenzel haven’t had an easy relationship. On the show, viewers saw the couple’s arguments and all their ups and downs.

On the show, Max was often dealing with drug issues. His problems with drugs got pretty bad and had an impact on his relationship with Chloe. Plus, it played a role in how often he saw his daughter, Ava. These continued once he was off the show. He was previously arrested too.

TV Shows Ace recently reported that there was a warrant out for his arrest. This is because his probation was revoked due to his poor record. It took his probation officer 10 days to make the decision.

In late January, his probation officer talked about how things seemed to be looking up. He said, “… Recently the defendant has been making positive changes. He has been complying with his intensive outpatient counseling, attending the majority of his classes, has been complying with urinalysis testing as directed and has been taking all medications as prescribed. The defendant has recently requested additional counseling and is now enrolled in anger management classes in addition to his substance abuse treatment.”

Ultimately, despite this statement, Max’s probation was revoked.

Now, the Ashley has confirmed that he’s been arrested once again. Max can’t seem to stay out of legal trouble. And, this news comes after viewers thought things might be improving. Unfortunately, things aren’t looking good for him.

Fans of the show aren’t necessarily surprised to hear that Max was arrested again. His track record isn’t exactly promising. But, some fans were hopeful that things would be improving for Max soon.

Unexpected star Max Schenzel is arrested—again

Max had his probation revoked about a week ago. Then, on Monday, February 10, he went to court. There, he was arrested, because there was a warrant for his arrest.

The Ashley spoke to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. They reported that Max is still behind bars and will be for another week. There’s no bond. His court appearance is on February 18.

Max was previously on probation after stealing  credit cards. This was back in September 2018. He stole his friend’s grandma’s credit cards, as well as some casino vouchers, while she was sleeping.

One thing that’s for sure is that Chloe and Max will not be on Season 4 of the show. It’s likely going to air in late summer 2020. But, exact details about the show’s premiere have yet to be announced.
