Bachelor contestant Tammy Ly wants to come clean. She is apologizing for the “nasty” comments she made about Mykenna Dorn. Tammy has become a polarizing contestant on the show. She’s made more enemies than friends. Tammy even received mixed reaction among viewers of the reality show.

The contestant fought with different women, especially on the Monday, Feb. 3 episode of The Bachelor. One of her feuds led to a 2-in-1 date on the Feb. 5 episode. Tammy and Mykenna Dorn both went on a date with bachelor Peter Weber. Unfortunately, their awkward fight led to a double elimination. Tammy regrets that moment and wants to apologize. She also asks fans not to judge her by her actions on the show.

On Wednesday night’s episode, Tammy Ly and Mykenna Dorn had a screaming match. Tammy questioned whether Mykenna’s intentions were genuine. She also asked the fashion blogger if she was even ready to marry despite her apparent immaturity. The two fought so much that it landed them in a 2-in-1 with Peter. However, their feud only amplified.

Tammy accused Mykenna of being on the show for publicity. As TV Shows Ace reported, Mykenna gave an awkward motivational speech about how kindness wins. Tammy now regrets her behavior on the show. She released a statement, saying that she “never meant to hurt anyone,” as quoted by Yahoo! Entertainment.

“My 5 minute ‘nasty’ moment on TV doesn’t define who I am,” Tammy tweeted. “Just like how your mistakes don’t define who you are either. Remember that all of us who participated in this show are human too and some of you say nastier things to us than we do to each other.”

Mykenna hasn’t responded to Tammy’s apology. After the Wednesday episode aired, she tweeted that she’s “proud to be Canadian.” Mykenna has caught heat for her awkward speech and tongue-wagging expressions.

As HollywoodLife.com reported, Tammy Ly worked as a real estate agent. Prior to competing on The Bachelor, she worked as a real estate agent for Keller Williams Reality, Inc. in Syracuse, New York. Tammy’s second job is a sales producer for Allstate. With these combined careers, she can “offer dual services in real estate and Allstate insurance,” according to her LinkedIn profile.

In 2015, Tammy earned her New York State Property & Casualty Insurance License. Later in 2016, she received her NYS Life Insurance License. Then in February 2018, Tammy earned her NYS Real Estate Salesperson License. When she’s not working, she travels the world. Her license plate reads “JETSTTR.” It’s likely that Tammy will return to her passion of real estate and travel.
