She also asks fans not to judge her by her actions on the show.
Bachelor contestant apologizes for “nasty” feud with Mykenna Dorn
On Wednesday night’s episode, Tammy Ly and Mykenna Dorn had a screaming match. Tammy questioned whether Mykenna’s intentions were genuine. She also asked the fashion blogger if she was even ready to marry despite her apparent immaturity. The two fought so much that it landed them in a 2-in-1 with Peter. However, their feud only amplified.
Tammy accused Mykenna of being on the show for publicity. As TV Shows Ace reported, Mykenna gave an awkward motivational speech about how kindness wins. Tammy now regrets her behavior on the show. She released a statement, saying that she “never meant to hurt anyone,” as quoted by Yahoo! Entertainment.
“My 5 minute ‘nasty’ moment on TV doesn’t define who I am,” Tammy tweeted. “Just like how your mistakes don’t define who you are either. Remember that all of us who participated in this show are human too and some of you say nastier things to us than we do to each other.”
Mykenna hasn’t responded to Tammy’s apology. After the Wednesday episode aired, she tweeted that she’s “proud to be Canadian.” Mykenna has caught heat for her awkward speech and tongue-wagging expressions.
I am proud AF to be Canadian
